We stayed in beatiful room on the 1st floor (just renovated) - comfortable bed and very nice / modern bathroom. Room was a bit small, but still super, nothing to complain. Hotel location is perfect - in lovely small street next to Arena and via Mazzini (main shopping street). |

Location was excellent and I got a free upgrade to a double room, although this room seemed quite small to me to actually hold two people. The shower came with an extra spiffy color changing led light, of you like that sort of thing. Excellent hotel for a city trip, good atmosphere and helpfull staff. |

I was lucky with this hotel. They are renovating floor-by-floor and had completed renovation of the first floor. I was upgraded to a room on this floor. Very impressive room, comfortable, spacious (for Europe), clean, modern design. Given the upgrade was free, the value for money was incredible. Even the wireless internet was free. My guess is the reviews for the hotel will be mixed as there are new rooms and old rooms for a few years. I had to leave early and the reservation was changed without charge. Staff were very, very helpful. The upgraded rooms may be worth the money if you are wonderring about the value of the higher priced rooms. |

Excellent location in the midst of the city and still quiet (room towards back). Complete floor (1st) was recently refurbished and thus in excellent condition. Room was rather small even though Executive room. |

Fantastic location, friendly staff There was a slightly strange smell in my room, like someone had been smoking in it before i arrived. Either that or just a weird cleaning product. |

Very friendly hotel personnel, very helpful service; extremely comfortable beds and pillows; great shower; room and bathroom shiny and super clean. Large flat screen TV w/ all international programs. Safe parking in hotel garage.Complete breakfast. Hotel at 2 mins' walk from Arena or shopping street. A full time pleasant experience! Room too small, but considered the very central location of the hotel this is quite normal. |

Great location, only 40 metres or so from the arena on a quiet street behandthe main shopping street in Verona. The first floor has been recently renovated and is nice, modern and comfortable. Great bed, free wi-fi (a bit slow). I would return to this place. |

Very centrally located near the Arena. Nicely designed rooms. Friendly personnel. Very small rooms. Our double room was definitely too small for 2 people. |

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, excellent breakfast, v v clean and immaculate hotel Very tight parking, was closed, secure garage but we paid as per web site and had to squeeze the motor bikes inbetween a car and a door. They wanted to bike keys to move them if needed but I said no and they weren't very happy but OK about this. |

Location, location, location ! and car parking which is excellent for the centre of Verona. However, do not trust your sat nav as once in between the narrow streets satellite reception is not good.Breakfast was good. They have obviously spent some money upgrading facilities Space for serving breakfast was not ideal as directly close to the entrance door, can get very congested so do not go at 8am. |

This newly renovated design hotel was simply perfect; central location near the Arena as well as main city sights and shopping streets - located in quiet side street though, really kind staff - specially in breakfast, lobby and rooms were very comfortable, clean and up to date (our room had balcony also). Breakfast and room service were very abundant and functional. Value for money in place. |

The hotel was within 30-40 m of the old historic city centre. It was clean. It was good value for the price. The room was very small and somewhat dark. |

Rooms and cleanliness are nice! Location is good but the staff should teach the clients regarding the diections to follow on how to get there even if there are road signs. |
