The location of the hotel was perfect and the rooms were very smart and clean. Our room 112 was very small though and only suitable for a couple of nights. The breakfast was very good. The small room.

Friendly professional staff, great location, easy to find. We parked our car in nearby public car park for e14 per day, better value than the hotel. All in all, a very good hotel and would recommend highly.

It was a great location! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful too! My room was really neat and modern. Overall it was a great experience. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a constant sound from the celing fan which caused me to not sleep very well.

If you have a car and want to park right in the center of Verona, this hotel will accommodate you. It's on a quiet, narrow street, and just off Piazza Bra.

I had used Booking.come once before last year and stayed at Hotel Milano. This was my second time, since my first experience was very positive, so was this one.

An excellent hotel in an ideal location for both shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend upgrading to an excecutive room, which definately puts the hotel into a 4 star category. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. My only issue is that I could not get the free Wi-Fi to work in my room (122).

The location is great. The breakfast is excellent! Rooms are small but well organized. The bathroom is really clean and modern. The beds are comfortable and surprise!!! great number of pillows on bed!!! They answered late on our e-mail due to problems on their internet connection, which upon arrival a week later still persists...no wi-fi signal on the entire facilities.

That is was in walking distance to all tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. That there were renovations going on at the hotel which started quite early so it was noisy in the morning

It's the best localization one could find in Verona, 20 feet from the Arena and the center of the city. They were having a renovation and some services weren't working, like the Internet in the rooms.

It could not be in a better location. All the main attractions, shops and bars are within walking distance. Our room was small but the space was used very well. Great shower with coloured lights. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We pre-booked our parking at the hotel which I would recommend; our car was parked for us as soon as we arrived. Excellent value for money.

The location is great. Right behind the arena and great for shopping. The rooms are good but really need to get an up to date hairdryer. it was discounted so good value for money. we only stayed one night so didnt really get to see much of the hotel The lighting is all electronic and can be complicated, especially waking up in the middle of the night. The staff seemed nice but didnt go out of their way to help us with an umbrella when it was pouring outside.

Unbeatable location, very friendly staff, comfortable room (Executive suite worth the extra). For overnight stay in Verona this hotel is ideal (tip if you are driving and depending on your gps, make sure you write down directions from hotel website as our gps got us lost).

Hotel Milano is very well described in the booking.com... Recently renewed, Milano's is beautiful and comfortable. An excellent "surprise" is its excellent location. The hotel staff is very kind and efficient. Besides being small, the room was comfortably prepared with an extra bed for a child and a cradle for a baby with no extra fees. Rooms are a bit too small and heterogeneous in which concerns bathroom sizes - you can pay the same for a room with a tiny shower, or a big one. Internet Wi-Fi is not strong enough inside all the rooms.

I basically liked everything. This hotel is the best 3 star I´ve ever been to, and I´ve been to many, and Hotel Milano is better than many 4 star hotels. The room seemed like brand new, and I felt like I was the first guest to ever use it. From the bathroom sink to the bed, everything is brand new, beautiful and shiny. The design is very clever. The room was small, but the space very well used, and overall, very comfortable and super clean. The staff was very friendly, and when they found out where I was from, they spoke to me in my native language. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, and the coffee the best I´ve every tried in any hotel in the world, and I´m a frequent traveller. The restaurant staff was also very kind and attentive. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone. They take their business very seriously, and care for the smallest detail. There was nothing I didn´t like. The only suggestion I´d give them would be to have a couple of choices for vegans (strict vegetarians) at the breakfast buffet.

“The hotel is beautiful and the service excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It is perfectly located in the center of Verona, walking distance from everything a tourist wants to see. For wine lovers, it's only a 30 minutes drive from Valpolicella wine area. We certainly would stay there again should we go back to this part of Italy.” Lucie, New York |
