The hotel is clean, good location very near both to the station and the center, the staff is very helpful. There is no wireless in the rooms. |

Very close to train station and to heart of city, also right by "park" (giardini pubblici). Free use of Internet located behind Reception... excellent! I was also very thankful to be given a double room (camera matrimoniale), probably 'cos I was there for 4 nights. Although hotel staff was pleasant, one of the men on night shift (big man) spoilt the good feeling... small mind and needs to spend some time in a "guest relations" school; he was the only one who wanted to charge me (on my last night) for using Internet if I exceeded15 minutes, giving me the news in what I thought was quite an unfriendly voice! |

a friendly man in reception ar night, That is it! A completely dispiriting hotel. Ended up paying €85 for a double room that would have been accurately priced at around €30. Really spartan furnishings..four bare walls, a carpet that must have been twenty years old and a t.v the size of an iphone. The breakfast was also poor. I spent the following 3 nights in Bologna in the Metropolitan hotel for €45 per night and was made to feel valued. |

A wrong information found. Distance from Modena train station is about 500m. The 200m is not correct as your web site stated. |

I didn't stay at the Hotel Milano... in fact, they send me to the Hotel Europa, which is nearby. That is something to think about... |

I liked the central location of the hotel. I booked 7 beds and we had 2 cars but there was no parking available at the hotel. |

la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, la vasta scelta del buffet della prima colazione la mia prenotazione non gli risultava (per fortuna avevo stampato il foglio del computer), la prima camera che mi hanno dato aveva lo scarico doccia tappato, il bagno rimase "sommerso" dopo mezza doccia ! Mi cambiarono la camera, poi l'indomani mi chiesero di cambiare albergo addirittura perché stavano iniziando lavori ! ... Sembrano molto sprovveduti sul lato organizzativo. Il resto ok. Lo raccomanderei solo a chi si sa addattare !!! |
