The position was close to the shops and restaurants. - Lack of sufficient hot water when showering - Lighting in room was too dim. Unsuitable for reading. - Antique television was too old and too small requires upgrading. - Lift was too small - Vegetables were served very overcooked. - Some cakes served for breakfast were dry and stale from the day before. - Undrinkable brand of Americal coffee in the coffee machine, should be Italian Coffee

I liked a young lady at the reception a lot! She is very beautiful, friendly and attentive! And the hotel is very good. The breakfast was not realy ok. Only baking, no tasty italian food like pizza, spaghetti, lasagna.

нет ничего,чтобы могло понравится в этом отеле. во-первых пообещали дать номер с Wi-FI . Wi-FI совершенно не работает в отеле. даже на первом этаже куда меня отправили Wi-FI работал крайне скверно. завтраки ужасные. ни сыров,ни ветчины, одни только сладкие выпеченные кусочки,похожие на тортики. номер - совок , ванная оставляет желать лучшего, висел шланг от душа, но при этом переключателя на этот душ не было. убежала оттуда на второй день. ах да, попросила помочь мне с такси, хотя бы с номером, сказали ,что такой услуги у них нет. пришлось лезть в google.it и искать номера такси по модене. расположение тоже не удобное . вобщем не хочу вспоминать этот ужас. I'albergo bruttissimo.

Prezzo ottimo e posizione buona, una via di mezzo tra il centro e la stazione. Ho trovato la mancanza del bidet una forte pecca. La colazione con il cappuccino con la macchinetta invece che fatto a mano non mi è piaciuta anche se le torte offerte erano buone. Invece ho mangiato bene e ad un prezzo accessibile nel ristorante dell hotel.

Cordialità dello staff, posizione ottima vicina al centro città, possibilità di parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte all'hotel. Struttura un po' vecchia ma nel complesso pulita

Hotel in pieno centro, vicino alla stazione, comodo, prezzi onesti, la ragazza alla reception molto gentile e affascinante. Non è un hotel bellissimo, ma a Modena in centro sono tutti bruttini e questo è uno dei migliori quanto a prezzo.

Disponibilità di parcheggio di fronte all'hotel(è su strisce blu ma l'hotel ti regala un talloncino x non pagarlo), attaccato al centro storico,camera pulita,colazione varia dolce e salato,reception disponibile a dare informazioni.Peccato fastidiosissima e maleducata sveglia al mattino del personale di servizio. Nota dolentissima (come già segnalato da altri ma non ci ho dato peso xkè non credevo fosse possibile!) è veramente impossibile dormire oltre le ore 7.30 le signore che al mattino rifanno le camere urlano come pazze nei corridoi, persino tra una stanza e l'altra e tra un piano e l'altro!Mai vista una cosa del genere in nessun hotel!

El personal del hotel excelente, el ambiente agradable, el desayuno correcto. La ubicaciòn muy buena, cerca de la estaciòon de tren y del centro. La habitaciòon limpia y muy tranquila.Las camas còomodas. Volveria otra vez.

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente (proximité du centre de Modena). Possibilité de parquer relativement facilement la voiture. L'hôtel est propre mais nécessiterait un rafraichissement (infrastructure vieillissante).

La professionalità del personale alla reception Troppo chiasso, la cameriera ai piani fa un bordello tremendo, dal retro del ristorante arriva un rumore d'inferno fino a tarda notte, minibar scarno.

Buona accoglienza. Ambiente carino e camera essenziale ma pulita e accogliente. Un po' sacrificato il bagno ma servizi ben funzionanti. La posizione è buona per visitar la città il cui centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi.
