Hotel Milazzo Roma  

The promity to Roma Termini and connectivity to various points in Rome were possibly the only standout points.

Close to everything inside the room was not to standards of any sort.

The staff at the reception were helpful.

The housekeeping lady was rude. Needs to improve her manners if she want to be in the hospitality industry

Staff are friendly and approachable' most of all love the location and very reasonable price

No internet connection

It was quiet.

I have no complaints, just a suggestion. I stayed in room number 2. From the outside one cannot turn the key to lock the door; it needs to be repaired because otherwise anyone could easily enter the room with a credit card or the like.

Rooms good, spacious and Airy

No WI Fi, really unacceptable. Adjoing Hotels had Wi Fi, and we could get thier signals. Free Breakfast was a Big Joke. Reception gave me a coupon fr a next door Cafe. When we went to the Cafe, they offrd me v insolently/rudely, one pc of bread and a cup of coffee. As if they wr doling out alms. Did not bother to collect my FREE BREAKFAST coupons fr the 2nd day..

Location of the hotel

Bathroom, very very small within 2 sqft WC and a fixed shower. It is vert uncomfort

Very good localized near to train station. Clean room with air condition. If you came to visit the town and not to relax in the hotel it can be good choice.

Room was localized in different building than the reception. For breakfast there is only caffe and crossaint. It's tipical tof Italians but not for many other europeans.

It's proximity to the central railway station and the ancient sites is a plus point for this hotel.

It is on the fourth floor. There is no view from the rear window. The toilet is too cramped.

Location, location, location!Ideal place if you need to catch an early flight and travelling to airport by bus.Terravision bus stop is just outside hotel where buses leaving for Fuimicino and Ciampino. Room was very basic but clean.

Shower is tiny. Breakfast include 1 cup of coffe + 1 croissant per person in the cafe outside nearby.

For proximity to Termini station, you can't get any better than this.

No luxury here - you pay for only the location in this dowdy hotel.

The only good thing about it was location: next to Termini and metro, walking distance from the center. So, if you need a stayover for one night it'll do but not for more...

The room is tiny: just a bed and 50 cm from each side of it. When we came we had to wait for the receptionist for 20 minutes as she qas out. The water in the shower was changing all the time from boiling to cold. The proud 'breakfast included' meant a cup of coffee and a croissant in the nearby cafe. They didn't even have a corkscrew. The blankets had holes in tgem and the towels look like kitchen ones. The room wasn't properly cleaned. The only good thing about it was location. So, if you need a stayover for one night it'll do but not for more...

Good location at reasonable price Hotel staff helpful and friendly

No wifi in room. Slow lift. Very little facilities in room. No English tv programmes No telephone in room. Breakfast not adequate. Slow lift which did not work some times.

The only thing good about this hotel was its location to the Rome Termini station. Nothing like described on the website, rooms outdated, cramped, old furniture and decor, bathroom awful although relatively clean, towels for the bathroom were a joke, no tea/coffee makin facilitities, limited tv, just not a very nice place to stay, would definately not recommend anyone I know to stay there. Cannot answer question 2 above and nothing is there to describe the hotel.

Nearer to everything. Also HALAL food is easy to find just next to the hotel.

Toilet size very small.

Staff weren't very helpful, the room wasn't easy to find and the towels weren't proper towels. No hair dryer and very noisy.

Atendimento no check out péssimo. Tenho dúvidas reservei com cartão de crédito que acusou pagamento e paguei novamente no check out sob alegação de que o cartäo era apenas garantia.Foi isso mesmo? Se foi me desculpo, Vcs podem checar? As atendentes foram gentis mas o Sr. Mais velho no check out foi muito grosseiro.

Huoneessamme ei ollut ikkunaa!!!! Vain "kylppärissä", jota sitäkään ei voi kylpyhuoneeksi kutsua, verhon takana lavuaari ja oven takana wc-pönttö, jonka takana suihku, jossa tuskin mahtui kääntymään. Ei vessapaperirullatelinettä, kastui lattialla, ei suihkussa saippuatelinettä :( Aamiainen, kuten oli ilmoitettu, oli läheisessä kuppilassa; kuppi kahvia tai lasi mehua ja makea pulla. Ei siis mitenkään vastaa omaa käsitystämme aamiaisesta. Voisi siis jättää kokonaan pois hotellin palvelust

MI è piaciuta la posizione, vicino alla Stazione Termini, facilità di movimento con i mezzi pèresenti MM e Bus

Consumare la colazione esternamente presso un Bar in convenzione, limitata a cappuccio e Broscia. Alla fine più che un hotel si può definire nun Bed§ Breakfeast, personalmente sono rimasto sufficientemente comodo.

Ubicación excelente (justo al pie de la parada de Terravisión),personal muy atento (hispanoparlantes);buenas camas (excelentes salvo la supletoria),limpio y muy económico (teniendo en cuenta los precios romanos)

No hay wifi en la habitación aunq se puede usar en el vestíbulo

La situation géographique, Tous les transports en commun sont à proximité. L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel. Le prix mini. La propreté.

Une chambre pour 2 a été transformée en chambre pour 4 avec lits d'appoint nous étions très à l'étroit. Le petit déjeuner très léger se situe dans un bar bruyant où il y a peu de places assises.

Posizione, pulizia, tranquillità (nonostante la posizione a due passi dalla stazione Termini), televisore lcd di medie dimensioni.

1) Colazione (in bar esterno) ridotta ai minimi termini: briosce e caffè/the o altra bevanda. 2) Mancanza dei tappi di chiusura scarico nel bidet e nel lavabo. 3) Telecomando del televisore non funzionante.
