I liked that stuff in reception could able to assist me any moment. I didn't like in this hotel that I face the same problem like in other hotels. When you ask a double bed has to be a double and not 2 twin beds connected. |

Good value for money and no frills but simple and well maintained. Liked the breakfast room and selection. The parking area was impossible to get to. We tried 3 times and gave up. |

Efficient and helpful staff Only thing I would have liked different would be for the bedlinen and towels NOT to be changed on a daily basis - did feel that a change every third day would have been more environmentally friendly. (A small critisism but valid I do feel) |

Great location to the train station for easy trips from Bologna. Friendly staff that always tried to be of service. The room was clean and spacious. Shower drain was very slow. No WiFi. |

A very comfortable room that was quiet and offered good space for relaxation. Reasonable breakfasts though hot drinks machine provided poor quality coffee and hot water. |

Helpful front desk staff, clean room, fairly close to center of town and train station, quiet, modern bath facility. Room was very small. Hall carpet needed cleaning or replacement. |

Close to the main train station. Excellent facilities, very clean room. Fantastic breakfast. I was charged to make a phone call to a number which is toll free (0800) in Italy using a prepaid phone card. I have stayed in numerous hotels rating from 1-5 star, across the country, and never have I ever had to pay for a toll free call. This number is free from pay phones! I found this disappointing. |

We had only a day to visit Bologna and found the Millennhotel to be excellently located, close by the train station and yet an easy walk to the historic area. The staff was most accommodating and response to our queries and requests. We particularly appreciated the ability to store our bags after checking out so that we could have a relaxing and comfortable lunch before catching a late afternoon train to Milan. |

The Millennhotel is as good as and better than other 4 star hotels in Italy. Great breakfast buffet - fresh fruit, real coffee etc. The only drawback is that the location is in an area near the train staion where there are no places other than fast food joints, to have a nightcap before retiring! The main square is about a 15 minute walk away. |

The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from the Bologna Train Station. There is no control in the room for room temperature; everything needs to be adjusted by Front Desk |

Clean, comfortable, a very good breakfast. Very close to the train station, but it's a long walk to the city centre. For a double room we had one tiny bottle of shampoo, one shower gel and one shower cap, which surprised us a little. |

A fantastic hotel!! Very attentive staff, excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable front lobby, free computer to use in lobby, comfortable, quiet room, even courtesy use of umbrellas on rainy days. Location is less than 5 minutes walk from Bologna Centrale and less than 10 minutes from the main piazza. Many superb restaurants in the area and a mini- market right across the street. |

The breakfast was very nice. most of the staff were courteous and helpful, Upon my arrival the guy at the reception was a littlle bit rude to me. He asked for my passport and I gave it to him, I was standing there waiting for him to hand it back. Instead of telling me politely that he will let me have it later, he just hushed up to me saying "go to your room!, I'm not a police". That was very rude and he didn't even gave me proper direction to my room. Maybe there was something he didn't like about me. |
