Excellent staff that was very service oriented. Never blinked or hesitated to fill most trivial requests. Beautiful, functional, well designed bathroom. Good beds. Very clean, Quiet. Wifi was weak.Kept going off line.

Good breakfasts, good localisation close to Bologna Centrale. The hotel is really noisy, you can hear everything outside your door and in the next room (even normal conversation).

Franco on reception is an absolute gem - friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast and helpful staff. Single rooms are a bit tight for space, but good ensuite bathroom. Street seemed run down.
