Very good place, clean, nice room and not very small. Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything was perfect. I'd stay in this hotel another time I'll be in Rome
Very close to Termini station and all public transport. Easy to go everywhere on foot. Room quite large and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. (Thank you, Vittoria, for helping us book internet tickets for Vatican and also for your good restaurant suggestions.)
A little bit of cheese in the breakfast would be nice.
convenience and price
They could try a LITTLE bit harder to make breakfast worthwhile e.g. perhaps 1 small cheese wedge in addition to the bread and jam :-). They don't serve breakfast later than 8.30 a.m. .... not a very guest-friendly rule...
very close to termini (that is good for any kind of transportation & info) many restaurants, cafe (the one next has good food) close to piazza della Rebubblica (very central place for any kind of movement of the city-manifestations, etc) near to Via Cavour & Via Nazionale (central roads for walking, shoping, leading to Roman Forum, Palatino, Colosseo, monumento a Vitorio Emanuele, Campidoglio, Via dei Fiori Imperiali)
Pay attention the pension is on 6th floor also pay attention at the info written in booking when you read the info for the hotel. Check for the bathroom if is inside or out of the room and the check-out hour wich is at 10.00pm not 12.00pm as usual. Dont expect any rich breakfast you have to ask for soaps, etc the rooms near reception are like reception.
Very close to Termini station and good restaurants.
Breakfast was a bit sparse (croissant and a bread roll). Our room was right next to lift and reception desk and we heard everyone arriving back in the evening and everyone checking out the next morning. No soap was provided either.
Clean, great location - thanks!
Better signage to find the front office inside the building
Staff most helpful in spite of limited English. Owner, Grazia, went out of her way to assist us in making international calls to cancel our credit cards after my husband's wallet was pickpocketed on the Metro. Location was very conveniently located to the Termini and in walking distance to Collesium, Spanish Steps, Metro, buses. Many good restaurants right out the front door of hotel.
Location, quite, spacy room, new furniture,
Small bathroom, shared balcony
Excellent location, only 3mins to termini station. Some restaurants in front of the hotel's building. Staff will serve the breadfast to your room.
No air-conditioner inside the room and it must very hot during summer. Staff cannot speak englist. Communication is difficult.
Friendly staff and very good location. I would return once again to this hotel (pension).
I would suggest to point out that they are located in the 6th floor of the building.
1. The location is very closed to the train station and the metro (2 minutes by walk). 2. The staffs are friendly. 3. The room is clean. 4. There are restaurants in the neighborhood and the food are generally good.
1. The breakfast- the breakfast is served in the room but there is only one desk and chair so we have to have the breakfast on the bed. 2. The noise- our room is next to the reception. At night and in the early morning we can hear all the conversations. 3. The water pressure in the shower- the pressure is very low and is easily blocked.
Great Location, literally beside main bus/train station and close to main attractions. Clean and organized. Room in good condition and equipment working perfect.
Impossible to sleep after 7am. Some rooms are just beside reception and it is too noisy. The hotel seemed a noisy hostel sometimes. Breakfast time limit too early, 8:30am.
The staff was great and very hospitable and helpful with information about Rome. The great thing about the location is that it is in the center so you can get everywhere by feet in several minutes.
The hotel is very close to the train station, so expect noise.
Staff very helpfull. Location good.
TV only basic programs - mainly Italian Have to pay for air conditioner Breakfast only 2 buns and coffee or tea Room 1 close to reception - at times very noisy
+ the most of the things is good
- the shower is bad
Awesome location (great to explore the center of Rome on foot, nice restaurants around, close to the central station Termini, "criminality" no issue at all), staff was extremely friendly and helpful - English was alright, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast is brought to the room (it's simple and every day the same, but it's pretty decent - great coffee, croissant and bread + butter and jam) - all in all a great deal!
Apart from the breakfast part, nothing to complain about.
very close to central station.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very close to the main train station in Rome and to many of the popular tour sites. There were good restaurants just outside the door.
The breakfast, brought each morning to the room, was very minimal (breads & drinks). Some of the staff in charge spoke very limited English.
So close to station and shirt walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and San Pietro in vincoli
small lift but works ok
Breakfast served in the room Clean bathroom Comfortable bed Location very close to termini station
Room number 1 right next to the main desk VERY NOISY people coming in and out of the hotel, phone ringing, staff talking... Also, handing in the key each time you leave and having to ring the bell to get in was annoying.
Good location. Good price
Good staff, clean room, perfect location, enough breakfest.
Very nice staff. The room is big enough compared and the breakfast is very nice. Near the train station.
Hard to find because it actually is one floor in a building with a small name board at the entrance of the building. They don't provide toothbrushes and to be honest I don't think the sheet is clean enough but they do seem to change it clean it every day.
Great staff, clean and cozy, excellent location...
It was a bit difficult to find the location of the hotel since it is inside a building and the sign was a bit small to notice.
staff were friendly. location was ideal; very close to Termini station.
