Location Only one guy from the reception was friendly. The other two.. never saw any smile on their faces. Perhaps they think if the hotel is 3 star, then the guests are low class, hence their attitude.

Very nice, obviously recently refurnished hotel. It is perfectly located between Termini and Santa Maria Maggiore basilica, apx 3-5 min of the normal walk from both. Most of the main attractions also are at the walking distance. My single room, which was above the size standards for Rome, actually was spacious twin with a large bathroom. Above all, staff was very polite, friendly and helpfull. I would also say that the hotel is in the safe neighborhood even for the solo female traveller. So, having all in mind I would recommend Milo to all who are looking for the solid 3 star value for money accomodation at the convinient Rome location. Hotel is in the area with a lot of restaurants and sometimes, depending on weather conditions, rooms with courtyard windows could experience smell from their kitchens. Also, there is a little bit of mold in the bathroom, which is, besides that small fault, very good equipped and maintained daily.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. A very friendly, comfortable place to stay with a funky, but functional, elevator.

Close to the centre. Clean sleeping room. Very uncomfortable bathroom - small cubicle, shower fixed on the wall. Poor breakfast - no vegetable, no fruits, no cheese, no eggs, no bacon. Quite noisy place.

I was a single dad traveling with my boys of four and five, and the staff were great dealing with the boys. The staff were also very informative and showed us the best way and places to see Rome. The rooms were big enough for comfort and were kept clean and neat. The noise at night was quite hard to handle, as the nightlife in the street outside can get a bit rowdy.

Good location. Termini station is 5 minutes away, Colosseum less than 10 minutes and it's possible to go around city by foot. Caffe beside the entry to the hotel is nice. Breakfast was poor, only sweets with no real food. I didn't like that I needed to leave the key at the reception every time I go out.

The hotel staff were very friendly- they hang on to the key when you leave, which seemed odd to me at first but actually makes a lot of sense - one less thing to loose; there is always someone there to let you in, so no limit on when you have to get back. The location was good, right next to Roman Terminal station which is handy as a connecting hub and central point to find your bearings.. It's a little far from central Rome, but the metro and #64 didn't take too long to get to the major sites. There were only two issues I had. Check in was from 12pm - I arrived at 12:05 and was asked to come back in 30 minutes as the room wasn't ready yet. The wireless signal also wasn't great, but this probably doesn't matter to most people.

Nothing. Hotel was grimy, hot, service was surly. Air conditioning was extra, but not disclosed until we determined that we could not turn it on. Had to climb down a number of flights to the lobby, only to be told it cost an extra 9 Euros. Also, it was very loud. Given the cost of the a/c, we had all the windows open. Very loud and hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. Ideal for a short stay in Rome. Good location. I do not think this hotel can be ranked as a 3 star. All facilities are very basic, the tv in my room did not work very well at all despite it being "fixed". The rooms have no air-conditioning and the hotel shares the building with a few other hotels. No option for bed only without breakfast wich brought the price up. Having to leave the hotel very early in the morning I did not have time to have breakfast and therefore would have preferred not to have to pay for it.

The location was perfect for us since we arrived by train and it is an easy 5 minute walk and then we were also able to take a train to the airport when we left. We also enjoy walking and the Colosseum was well within walking distance about 20 minutes.

Super-room, good breakfast, excellent staff. We stayed in november and it was excellent, but in summer time it might be not so good, because of lack of a/C.
