Location I had to change rooms several times. The shower was broken so water sprayed all over the bathroom. Hotel very noisy. Room & towels not very clean. |

Location. It is close to Termini. But some people say that Termini vicinity is not very safe. The room is very small and noisy. No air conditioner. If you keep the window close, you cannot sleep because it is too hot. If you open the window, you hear people shouting and chatting until late night. There is a small TV. Only channel in English is BBC international and the reception was so terrible that it cannot be watched. |

Hotel Milo comfort has been strongly improving during the last five years.The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is well organized. The location of the Hotel (near Termini) is perfect. I would appreciate to get larger TV sets and also more TV programms. |

This is your typical European tourist hotel. It is very close to the train station and well located for site seeing. The rooms are what you’d expect for this type of hotel in Europe and for the price can’t be beat. It would be nice if the floor had carpet and extra pillows in the room. Mainly the carpet. Also, the "slippers and bathrobe" which were included in the description failed to materialise throughout our stay. |

The Milo was a good base for seeing Rome at a reasonable price, it's close to the Termini and Metro for getting about. The entrance/courtyard to the hotel looks shabby, but the rooms even though they were basic were very clean and staff were efficient and friendly. There were also some reasonably priced restaurants in the area too. When we arrived it was late evening and the area around the Termini looked seedy, eg people hanging around drinking, homeless etc, which some people may find intimidating, however we felt safe walking around at night and had no problems. |

The hotel is close to the Termini station and not to far from historical center. Except for one person, the personnel at the reception was not really helpful and didn't seems some time to be helpful. Very noisy at the beginning and the end of the night. |
