The Hotel Stuff were really helpful , the breakfast was good enughe , the location was really good although the area felt like not part of Rome from all the foriegners in it

Good central location which was within walking distance to the historical area. The room was basic but bed was comfortable

The staff did not inform me that my room was downstairs, which meant a lot of noise early in the morning when people were going to the breakfast room. Staff varied in helpfulness

The staff were friendy and helpful; the breakfasts were good; the location is very convenient for the Railway Station.

Room was spacious and spotless on arrival. Cleaned well and early each day. Close to Termini Station. The rate was reasonable for what I got.

Although I did not feel the immediate vicinity of the hotel was unsafe, there were some streets one or two blocks up that were rather run-down and which I wouldn't venture near at night. There was also no air-con in the room, only a fan.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and had all the basics. The location of the hotel is also excellent, as it's near the sights and the links to metro, train etc

The shower was not great but they gave you complimentary slippers that you could wear in the shower and I found very useful.

Good location - very near to central station

Card machine didi not work so had to pay for the rooms in cash

La posizione dell'hotel è centrale e comoda per le visite in città; il personale alla reception è cortese ed efficiente; le camere sono pulite e confortevoli; i servizi puliti e decorosi.

Per accedere all'hotel occorre salire una rampa di scale: può essere disagevole per persone anziane; la colazione è migliorabile.

sinceramente dopo aver letto i giudizi di alcuni clienti non volevo andarci,ho provato e mi son ricreduto,quello che dicono non e' vero....sono lamentele di casalinghe ( x tutto il rispetto che ho )io do un bel 8grazie

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità dello staff e la posizione in cui si trova.

La ubicación, a 200 m de la estación de trenes, personal muy cortés; habitación espaciosa, los muros de su construcción antigua dan muy buena aislación acústica, las camas son cómodas, baño bien equipado. El desayuno americano es suficiente.

El acceso desde la calle es común con otros hoteles que tambien ocupan pisos del mismo edificio, lo que da algo de inseguridad respecto al control de la entrada.

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral, extrem nahe am HauptBahnhof und zur Metro. Klar ist es etwas Laut, aber wo ist es das nicht in Rom?
