Staff friendly and attentive , close proximity to Metro/bus and attractions The hotel did not have tea/coffee facilities in room as mentioned. All street facing rooms are not noise free trams and traffic all night and sound proofing inadequate .The bar was closed during our stay and the breakfast food was ok but nothing to get over excited about |

it was clean and comfortable. the shower was awful. a shower curtain clinged to your body while showering, very uncomfortable. Additionally because of the shower set up the floor was very wet. |

Underground station is close to the hotel, Colosseum is in 5 minutes walking distance, the train station (Roma Termini) is 2 underground stations far or in 15 minutes walk. Smiling stuff is eager to help. It is chilly in rooms during summer, so it is a big advantage. There is not enough variety of food on for breakfast, If you are staying less than 7 days, then it is ok, But as for 2 weeks stay, we got bored |

Proximity of the hotel to the Metro system. Good choice of breakfast items from buffet. Helpful staff. Area seemed run down with grafitti. Position of hotel on busy junction leads to high traffic noise levels. |

Great location to Metro. Breakfast included. No blankets or covers on the bed and when we asked for 1 after 9pm the front desk person did not have access to any and did not understand why we wanted one, he gave us an extra sheet. He put a note for housekeeping to deliver one the next day and it was not delivered. We went to the front desk again the the attendant sent one up immediately. Would like to see wifi added. |

Near the metro. Quiet room. Staff person, Krizia, was charming, pleasant and helpful at breakfast. A hotel I would recommend. Hated the machine coffee at breakfast. Ask Krizia for good coffee, "Caffè Americano con latte aparte." Showers are tiny. |

The Hotel is very clean, room is comfortable, excellent breakfast. Staff is fair and not particularly responsive to guest's remarks or requests. Volume of TV is so quiet that one can hardly hear it and when asked to correct it, staff replied that this was the policy of hotel |

Excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful, rooms spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included, and was plentiful with a good selection. Metro stop opposite the hotel made getting around Rome on the Metro very easy. Sadly this hotel is on a very busy road which is very, very noisy all night, Didnt get a full nights sleep on the three nights I was there. |

The location is perfect, just in front of metro station manzoni and 10 minutes walking to colisseum. The bathroom was kind of small and the shower was impossible to hang correctly. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. So much choice and very high quality. The shower didn't work too well and the internet was over priced and very slow |

We like the proximity to the old city, the quality of the beds and the room overall - quiet in the heart of Rome. I have enjoyed walking to the basiclica san giovanni and eat pizza al taglio in the street. I felt that I had a real experience of Roma by staying at the Milton hotel, well done |
