깨끗하다. 아침이 풍성하다.

객실이 좁은 편이다. 큰 길 가에 있어서 소음이 있다.

일찍 예약해서 저렴하게 예약했는데 저렴한가격에 비해 시설이 좋은것. 성수기에 예약한다면 비싼듯.... 사장님이신지 낮에 계신 중년여자 리셉션분이 매우 친절한것.. 다른직원은 그냥 무난..(친절하지는 않음) 지하철 만조니역이 바로 앞에 있어 밤에도 지하철만 타면 숙소 바로 앞에서 내릴수 있어 좋음..안전함.. 떼르미니역에서 2정거장임 에어컨이 아주 빵빵함.. 잘때마다 긴옷입고 잤음.. 내방 에어컨은 껐는데 호텔 자체 복도 에어컨때문에 추운것 같기도.. 호텔에서는 정말 시원하게 지냄.. 그리고 젤라또 유명맛집 파씨가 근처에 있음!! 한블럭!! Manzoni metro station is right in front of the hotel. Middle-aged woman staff is very friendly. Very good cooling. Gelato famous places near PASSY! One block!

떼르미니 역에서 조금멈.. 지하철 바로 앞이라 지하철 타면되지만 로마는 지하철 계단이 깊어 캐리어 끌고 가기에는 힘듬 그래도 떼르미니 역에서 걸어서 갈만함 A little far from the Termini Station. Walk takes about 15 minutes.

Location

Carpet in room was wet. No shower curtain in the bathroom, when we had a shower the water went everywhere and out into the carpet in doorway. Room was small, dusty. Would never stay there again or recommend to friends.

The widows is not thick enough , you can hear everything outside. But still recommend this Hotel and will come back again .

Pleasant hotel and helpful front desk. Breakfast was very good.

My cruise ship room was twice the size of my Hotel Milton room.

The European/Italian feel of the hotel. The location is great! Metro right there. Wifi availability.

The hotel was close to a metro station, and in walking distance to the Colloseum. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable and represented great value.

Coffee at the Hotel breakfast was terrible.

Beautifully decorated very clean rooms. Very comfortable. Staff fantastic; friendly and very helpful. Metro outside front door. Breakfast one of the greatest selection of foods I have ever had. Treat yourself! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

No cable tv or English (or any other language) channels in rooms! Computer access downstairs needs upgrading!!

The room was clean and a decent size

Major negative - verrrry noisy...the hotel is on a major intersection, so a good amount of road noise, which would have been fine; but it was also right next to the tram line, which came by every 15 minutes and, besides being quite loud, shook the whole hotel. Also - the water temperature in the shower was very erratic, hot then cold every 30-60 seconds.

The breakfast spread was fantastic.

The location was pretty good, we had a breakfast which we really liked, all that you need:omlette, eggs, fruit, cheese, bacon, cerial, tea/coffee/milk. The staff was friendly

The room was pretty small. Wi-fi didn't work in the room.

The location was amazing, the recepcionist Rosaria, was really helpfull, welcoming, comunicative, made me and my girlfriend feel very comfortable, we felt very appreciated and left Rome with a very good impression, I will recommend Milton Hotel to all of my friends.

Great breakfast, right beside the metro. Fantastic resteraunt 'Romantica' nearby and the cleaning staff are really good

The shower leaked and bathroom had a musty smell (115). There was no tourist info in the folder. No tea / coffee facilities in room . More3* than 4* as rated

Clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom, location near underground station, easy to get to city centre, good breakfast, friendly costumer service. Shower broken on arrival day, but fixed on second day.

Carpets are well worn out and full of stains, so need replacing. Free wifi never worked, whether on computer or mobile phone. Computer notebook in reception usable, with additional keyboard as original broken with keys missing, rather shabby.

The tv channels were all in Italian...There's need for computer room!

Friendly staff but above all it's location which was very convenient for everything.

Not a complaint more an observation, it's rather dated. Carpets, rooms and facilities could all do with upgrading.

The location, the cleanliness, the oustanding breakfast!

The rooms that are in front of the street are pretty noise. I changed after a few nights to an internal one and it was perfect

Everything was just working: wireless and wired internet, air conditioner, shower, etc. Even my European plug fitted the electric socket, normally Italian. (The personnel said it won't fit and suggested to buy an adaptor in the nearest tobacco shop.) A nice thing is that the air conditioner does not stop working when you are out, so you come back into a cool atmosphere.

The temperature of water is unstable. However, compared to what people say about other hotels in Rome, this is a minor problem.

I liked the location - very easy to travel using public transport stopped right outside hotel. Staff very friendly
