Location, wifi, staff
Free parking, Good location.
Old and dirty building. Old furniture. Dirty sheets, toilet and shower. No heating in the bathroom - heating in the room is poor and available only during specific hours. Terrible food at breakfast (couldn't eat at all) - the cleaning lady was serving us breakfast in her cleaning uniform. No free wifi. Rude receptionist when talking to a woman. It's incredible how a hotel like this has 3*.
Small bathroom with broken shower doors
Parking, good location, just outside the area when you have to pay for entering with car. Breakfast is continental, but rich and freshly baked.
The water was not warm enought. At the end of december you get only slightly warm water.
Great location near navigli. Reception staff very helpful and gracious. Highly recommend this place!
Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. Had to wait 45 minutes on arrival for room to be prepared.
there was no electricity and they didnt serve any breakfast becasue of that reason. the cash maschine was not working and also elevator we had to carry all our baggages through stairs
Location and staff
Size of the room Facilities No network Smell of the room
friendly staff. there was no problem to be moved to another room after an almost sleepless night
avoid rooms in the ground floor, noisy and very old
Great area for nearby nightlife along the canals
Great to have free parking. 15 minute walk to Milan square. Good value!
Bit of noise outside the room at night and beds are not very comfortable.
The hotel had a free parking zone, inside their own gate, which was very pleasant considering the street is is located. We would never park our car on the street there, so that was pleasant. There are not many places available though. When you walk out the street, you get to the Navigli quarter very easily. It's nice there in the evening, with a lot of terraces and restaurants. You can eat for a normal price there. In the center of Milan, prices are crazy. Try the icecreamshop on the corner... (the one with the gold coloured covers over the ice cream). They have the best ice cream! :-) It is also possible to walk from the hotel to the center of Milan. It looks further than it actually is. We had the only room with a balcony, which was nice, because the room was quite small (enough for the purpose of our stay, but still nice to expand it with the terrace). We decided, because we were disappointed in Milan itself, to leave a day early, which was no problem for the hotel, without extra charge. We appreciated this very much.
Very noisy neighbourhood with the tram station across the street. In August, Milan is a boring place. A lot of shops are closed (except the extremely expensive ones) Breakfast was quite basic and some of the mini breads were too hard to eat.
good location, easy to reach the centre, free car parking
The location is good.
Staff. Breakfast. Cleanness.
I liked te proximity of the hotel to the city centre, it was a short tram ride on the number 2; very handy! There were many lovely and cheap restaurants around the hotel, breakfast; the mornin I did wake up to have it was lovely and simple. The staff were happy and helpful and I will be staying there again if I am ever in Milan.
Nothing really, some aspects of the room were negative such as general lack of cleanliness but the price is cheap and fair.
The location is why I have chosen this hotel, near Porta Genova, few metres away from trendy bars in Navigli area and a 10 minutes walk from Milano centre... It's a quiet hotel and it works well for a couple of nights, nothing fancy but with the essentials
Downstairs room are literally on the parking lot, so a bit awkward, but I didn't have any problem of security or noise... Wifi is not included and you have to pay 1,5Euros for 2 hours...
Good location, near channel and many different restaurant, free parking
very small bathroom with broken door,
This is an older hotel and could use a bit of TLC but I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The location was excellent (right next to the metro), the neighborhood was working class with great local restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast was fine and it suited our needs perfectly. Security was good and staff very responsive.
If you want a four star - you won't be happy but if you want a great place to stay at an excellent price and location, stay there.
The location it's really nice, there a lot of good restaurants and cocktail bars around, and it's just few steps( 5 minutes on walk) from the Navigli area where the are a lot of cafe', bar, restaurant on the po river.really suggestive, almost romantic even if you are travelling on business
The style of the room is really basic ...poor furnitures, few bath towels, no tooth brush....cleaness in the average...and the bus and train station are so close that you can ear them all night long....but anyway the price is really convenient!
I am a regular visitor of this hotel. I love it because the staffs are friendly and its near to the tube station.
Nice personel. Even when we left at 5 am in the morning we received a nice cappucino from the receptionist.
When we checked in there were only two cleaning ladies (could not speak english) and no receptionist, so we had to go back later. Really old/dirty bathroom...
Room Staff Breakfast Facilities Cleanliness
The staff were really friendly and the breakfast ( included) was good. The hotel is in a great location.
It was the best location to stay for my parents, close to my place.
Too expensive for this type of hotel, location and services with no facilities at all! From bathroom to the room was a huge step, which was a reason of my father's feet incident!!!
