The toilet had a bad smell, as if it had not been properly cleaned.I Also did not like that they charged for the internet; many places have free wi-fi these days, they need to get with the times.

A good hotel near the historic Arezzo attractions. Comfortable and well priced.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Thr breakfast was delicious!

The elevator is small and doesn't have sensor to stop closing the doors when someone is boarding

The bathroom was very (very) small. Rooms need a new style (very démodé) and not so confortable for a four star hotel.

Great town. Walking distance to historic area. Loved the location.

Not a real complaint, just different from what one would expect in America.

The location and facilities are good. There is a free private parking. The walking distance to the Cathedral is 1400m. The hotel is likely set up for business travellers and there is no much atmosphere. We were completely alone in a huge hall, when we drunk our beer before going to bed. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was OK.

I'll stay here again, if I visit Arezzo in future. Big and warm rooms,nice bathroom, good breakfast, not very far from city centre, private parking.

Posizione non molto vicina al centro, struttura vecchiotta, camere vecchio stile, personale non molto cordiale

Disponibilità nel cambiare camera e immediatezza nel risolvere il problema. Purtroppo ci sono clienti che pur fumando vanno in camere da non fumatori.Il problema è che poi fumano in camera e le tende immagazzinano fumo ed è difficile farlo togliere. come pure coperte ed altro.Nei bagni è difficile togliere la "puzza2 del fumo.Forse è il caso di consiglaie alla reception dell'albergo di accertarsi o comunque chiederlo, come hanno fgatto con me, se gradivo camera non fumatori.E pur fgacendolo e pur essendo una camera "non fumatori" La camera era stata assegnata in precedenza ad un fumatore.

Era solo considerazioni per megliorare l'ospitaliotà alberghiera . Vedi sopra..L'hotel è indicato a 800 mt. dal centro. In realtà sono 800 mt. dalle mura della citt, ma non dal centro storico.
