The maitre'd in the restaurant was arrogant and unwelcoming to us Americans. He sat us at the worst table with a view into the kitchen. He indicated our table and then walked between me and the table. Inexcusable.

Old rooms, not pleasant staff, Location is bad, it is 10-15 minutes walk from old city walls but then you need walk another 15 minutes to get to the busy/ attractions side of the old city

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Thr breakfast was delicious! The elevator is small and doesn't have sensor to stop closing the doors when someone is boarding

Hotel Minerva is a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced hotel with free parking within walking distance of the historic centre of Arezzo. The decor of the hotel is a bit dated and staid.

Atendimento muito simpático. Quarto grande e um ótimo banheiro todo de mármore. Um bom café da manhã e um ótimo estacionamento atrás do hotel para quem for de carro. Muito boa a internet. Recomendo este hotel para quem quiser explorar a região leste da Toscana.

Não temos queixas ou comentários negativos a fazer. Tudo ocorreu de forma muito agradável. Infelizmente, em função de mudanças nos horários de voo da tap, da Itália para o Brasil, sem que delas tivéssemos conhecimento prévio, fomos forçados a deixar o hotel com um dia de atescedência. Os responsáveis pela recepção foram bastante compreensivos e apenas nos cobraram uma pequena taxa, a título de multa por termos antecipado nossa saída. Não. Só temos elogios a fazer.

Disponibilita' dello staff a cambiarci la prima stanza assegnataci al secondo piano ma con a fianco un Mac Donallds con dei motori o turbine rumorose anche a finestra chiusa; anche quando una notte non abbiamo dormito causa vicini rumorosi. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo al ristorante interno e gentilezza del maitre oltre la professionalita' Perche' non darci subito un'altra stanza sapendo che la prima era rumorosa?Una cameriera ha negato che si sentisse il rumore e che fosse eccessivo.Aspetto esterno dell'albergo un po' vecchiotto.
