Very spacious room with full bath; friendly, helpful staff; Nice fitness facility; bike rental available and within walking distance of sites; and the best Gelato restaurant is almost across the street and the dependable MacDonald's next door!!. |

Large rooms for Europe. Decent breakfast. Excellent towels. The person wo checked us in was not knowledgable about the room. We asked for two beds, he gave us a room with one bed. (then moved us). We asked if there was anywhere nearby to eat; we were sent to a restaurant that was closed. Other staff were more helpful. |

The hotel was clean,big rooms,nice panorama,good breakfast. The housekeeper entered in the room even if the red botton was on and the 'please do not disturb' paper was showed out of our door. The 2 restaurants sugested by the receptionist were onestly not good. |

La camera era adeguata alle aspettative, adeguatamente insonorizzata, rispetto all'esteno e ai corridoi, molto confortevole il letto (quanti materessi sfondati si trovano negli hotel?), pulita e dotata di biancheria pulita e fesca, prativamente nuova All'arrivo, il perosnale della reception non rinveniva la mia prenotazione. Trattandosi di Arezzo e non di Roma o Milano, e di bassa stagione, non ho avuto problemi ad avere una stanza, ma se vi fosse stato il tutto esaurito non avrei saputo dove alloggiare perchè la prenotazione non era ancora giunta, o l'Hotel non l'aveva fissata, forse per non aver letto la posta elettronica. |

molto carino e comodo poichè vicino alla fiera; lo staff è molto disponibile e cortese (ci hanno acceso il bagno turco alle 21.00!) la pulizia della camera era stata fatta in modo un pò superficiale. Comunque lo consiglierei per il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo |
