Inexpensive hotel conveniently located. Some dedicated parking right outside hotel. Very generous amounts of toiletries provided.

Hotels is probably of 1970s vintage and doesn't appear to have been renovated since opening but it's clean and good value.

Off street secure parking Ideal for overnight stop en route. Bus stop outside for 10 min journey to como lakeside

Need clear directions to find it as it is in a busy built up area

The hotel personel is good. There is a free car parking of the hotel. The breakfast is enough. There is good restaurants close to the hotel.

The room is not clean enough, there was dust on the desks in the room. The hotel is far from the Como Lake.

Small hotel in the Como city center. Old fashond hotel with basic facilities. Very nice staff. Internet connection via cable in room for €10/24hrs (didn't manage connection) and free in the reception/bar area (perfect connection). Confirmed booking for €62 incl. room, Internet, breakfast, dog but charged €66 - still fair.

Hotel staff was friendly and provided adequate services. Honestly we didn't need much.

Hotel needs some facelift. Sound proffing is very poor.

It was very hot in the room and the remote controller of the air conditioner did not work.

The staff were very efficent and helpful, a well run budget hotel.

For what they charged me, worth the stay.

The only good thing, and that is why we booked this hotel, is that it is closest to the highway exit. we just wanted to rest for the night and continue our trip to Switzerland in the morning.

The room was nothing like the pictures we saw, very noisy, with the view on the extremely busy main street and with some noisy guests in the hotel. The bed was awful. So, no rest for the night. Poor breakfast, too. Let`s say we have stayed in far better hotels for that money. Definitely not worth the money payed!

Felt strange that such a bad hotel manages to have clean bed sheets.

Broken(literally) hanging from the wall Air conditioner,carpets needed replacement some 10years ago,stupid visible hanging electric wiring,extremely noisy location,all the cars moving out side were like inside the room,could not sleep all night,uncomfortable furniture and broken shower.extremely un cooperative staff.internet does not work.At 5am hammers were banging on the upper floor fixing pipes. If I put it in one word a nightmare hotel. It's a shame that it is on Booking.Com List.

The hotel staff were always happy to help and spoke very good English. They went out of their way to help us. The man serving breakfast & coffee was always so pleasant. Room was very clean and adequate. Very easy to get into center of Como. Bus stop was right outside hotel and you could purchase bus tickets from front desk for just 1.30€. Bus only took minutes. Great value & pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Good breakfast, short bus ride to centre of Como with a bus stop right outside and free car parking. Very reasonable price for Como.

TV and Internet was not free. View from window was not too good.

Hotel was horrible .no food .bo water

It was simple, cheap and ideal for the "overnight stoppover" that I needed! Nice touches were the: Generous number of towels, soap and shampoo available, Even had toothbrush and paste(nice!), it seemed busy but quiet and finally the bar.

Carpets seemed in need of "a good steamclean" or replacing...Other than that, it was good value for the money!!

I travel more than 150 days in avg. Across Europe and Asia per year and I have never seen a hotel (or hostel) like this: extremely unfriendly staff who does not speak English that well, poor room without even a window, disgusting bathroom with broken sewer, moldy ceilling..oh and a huge spider in the room also. That's a nightmare and I am not exaggerating. I dont want to say so but it is strongly not recommended.

Ideaal als overnachtingsstop voor doorreis. Parking naast hotel. Kamer en badkamer waren in orde. Voldoende toiletartikelen aanwezig. Vlakbij autostrade.

Wat oubollige meubelen maar waren bezig met restauratiewerken. Povere ontbijtzaal, hebben daarom ontbeten langs autostrade.

L'albergo è tranquillo si sta bene è vicino al centro e al bellissimo birrificio di Como...il prezzo dell'albergo è alla portata di tutti, ve lo consiglio vivamente!!!
