The view was amazing

I paid what I consider to be very little, so my expectations were low, but I was surprised with a large room, nicely done, extremely clean, very nice exceptionally clean (though basic) bathroom with a great shower. Nothing about it was low rent (which is what I was expecting for the price.) I even had french doors that opened out onto a small balcony, with table/chairs. The view was in the back over the parking lot so not that great, but it was still nice. BUT - in the morning with the free breakfast, having coffee and croissant with a beautiful view of the sea totally made up for it. Loved that view. Good coffee - cappuccino, espresso, whatever I asked for. The staff were great - only a couple people spoke English (and that was only a little) but I had no problem communicating all my requests. They were so great with directions. When I come to Naples again I'm definitely staying here.

Only negative was location - 3 stops from Mostre and about 5 to downtown. But they took me to the train station every morning, which was beyond the call of duty. Still, sometimes if I returned late at night, I was on my own to get home if a taxi wasn't there. I rented a car the last couple days so that solved the problem.

The hotel offers excellent views to the Gulf of Pozzuolli, both from the terrace and the breakfast room. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is good on Italian standards, offering not only pastries, but also some meat, cheese, tomato and youghurt. The staff was friendly, but some English would help them a lot. They also offer special menu prices at a restaurant not very far from the hotel.

The staff was not speaking any foreign language, so the communication was mainly using fingers and paper to write down the answers in figures. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so if you are going to have a dinner, plan for a 500m walk along the street (parking will be quite complicated at the restaurant).

The Mini Hotel was everything that we had expected from the web site description. The breakfast was excellent and the scenery was spectacular.

The lovely view from the balcony in the picture was quite correct and we were really taken with it. The hotel rooms are again as pictured , slightly old-fashioned but nicely Italian and our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable , we also had a small balcony on the back of the Hotel ( I do not think all rooms have balconies). We had breakfast in the breakfast room and this for Italy was par for the course. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful at all times. We went to see Solfatara volcanic area and found it really strange and interesting , you can sometimes smell sulphur near the Hotel ! If you are travelling by public transport , buses run from near to Pozzuoli Solfatara station (turn right outside , go down approach road and go to bus stop across road) One local orange bus (P6 I think) and the MN1 etc Blue buses go past the hotel -there are only a few per hour so be prepared to wait a few minutes ( it is only a short bus ride but all up-hill to get the lovely view) - We were sad we only spent one night here !!

Minor point , no restaurant , but the staff will direct you to one that is not far away.

The refurbished rooms are exquisite. And the view is breathtaking. Great value for money and very kind staff. I think I'll make this my local hotel when I travel to Naples.

No fridge in the hotel room.

It was fine, personal was warm, the hotel and room were clean and suitable for as (as we expected). The room was very nice. The hotel description is corresponding with Internet information. My wife and I think it was quite good.

Unfortunately a fridge is missing in the room and we were a little bit disappointed with this. The breakfasts were accordant with the hotel category and country but we have to say it was a little bit poor. It was no problem if you know about the reason but the sulphuric air has been more or less felt whole days.

A great location, great views of the sea, friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast. I definitely would stay at Mini hotel again and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hotel muito bem localizado em relação ás principais atrações da cidade, local tranquilo, com estacionamento interno numa cidade onde estacionar é muito difícil.

Tudo bem, sem qualquer problema.

Dobry, niedrogi hotel, wygodny do zwiedzania okolic położonych na zachód od Neapolu. Potrzebny samochód:-)

Vriendelijk en attent personeel. Ligging direct aan de kust. Onze kamer had uitzicht over zee vanuit een redelijk ruim balkon. Alles was netjes en schoon.

Het ontbijt viel tegen voor deze prijsklasse. Weinig keuze en het brood was droog. Inrichting is wat gedateerd.

Chambres confortables une personne de l'accueil parle un bon français. Bonne adresse

Attention les menus proposés par l'hotel dans les restaurants proches sont très copieux. Une formule "à la carte" peut suffire.

Prima hotel. Comfortabel, schoon, mooi uitzicht over de zee, fijne bedden, vriendelijk personeel.

Vanwege de onvoorspelbaarheid van de busdiensten moeilijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Hotel bood op haar kosten dagelijkse transfer naar de metro wat wel weer topservice was.

Durante il nostro soggiorno siamo stati veramente coccolati da tutto lo staff dell'albergo, anche da "Fortuna" il cagnolino che vive lì. Sempre disponibilissimi. Le stanze sono belle con ampi terrazzi e molto pulite, I bagni nuovi e molto grandi. Il panorama è splendido. Per quanto riguarda I dintorni il Castello di Baia è veramente interessante peccato che sia poco pubblicizzato. L'isola di Procida è deliziosa. Ottima la cucina. è un'ottima base per visitare I dintorni, isole comprese.
