Hotel Lago Bin  

Had a lovely time,stayed in 1 bed apartment,amazing views,staff were fantastic,food amazing,what more can I say!!!!!!!!!!

The bedroom had very efficient plumbing.

The hotel does not appear to be geared for longer stay guests and the staff appeared to be largely disinterested in us. The initial check in was not a very convivial process and there was no sense of a welcome or any assistance in locating our room, nor offer of help with our luggage. The restaurant was expensive for the menu on offer and there were no concessions for hotal guests. There were three weddings over the weekend which seemed to consume the stretched hotel staff. The hotel could provide absolutely no local tourist information.

Lovely environment with a smashing garden, that is also easy to enter with a wheel chair. All 3 levels!

The elevalor is very tiny, the wheelchair and 1 lean person to push the bottoms do fit but that's it. There was no wifi. The airco was not functioning but during the evening/night it cooled down, so is was no issue.

Fresh mountain air, beautiful scenery. Large car park. Excellent food.Great location for sports and scenery-not far from sea-and pretty villages.Tea making facilities in room. Very comfortable.

The breakfast included in the rate was good.The view on the mountain.

Bedrooms are poorly soundproofed. We could hear the neighbours and the music coming from the ground floor

Motorrad-Gruppe : Das familiär geführte Hotel liegt sehr schön in einem Sacktal.Es hat eine sehr große schöne Gartenanlage mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und eine gute Atmosphäre.Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (vielen Dank an Maria) und spricht teilweise sehr gut englisch.Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich (lediglich die Auswahl bei den Hauptgerichen war relativ klein).Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons bien aimé l'accueil de l'hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment bien, sympatique et serviable. Le restaurant est vraiment bien ainsi que le petit dejeuner. Nous avons aussi aprecié leur systeme de "carte de credit" qui permet de ne faire aucune transaction en monnaie, mais de comptabiliser avec cette carte pour payer a la fin du sejour. Bonne organisation .

Se qui nous a deplus et choqué, c'est la propreté. D'une façon générale, l'hotel est propre mais lorsque l'on entre dans l'etablissement il y a une odeur prenante de chien sale ! ça pique aux yeux et a la gorge. Il y a en effet deux chiens derriere le comptoir d'accueil.... De plus la décoration est faite de bcp d'animaux empaillés et de boiseries ou la poussiere est apparente. C'est la meme chose dans la chambre ou les tete de lit etaient recouverte d'une jolie couche de poussiere alors qu'au sol c'eté irreprochable.

Lo staff dovrebbe avvisare che ci sono matrimoni in nottata per evitare che la ricerca di un albergo che permetta il tranquillo we in campagna

Le cadre verdoyant ; l'incomparable nature et des lits d'excellentes qualités facilitant le repos. Merci au personnel serviable et discret

La situation géographique, le cadre magnifique, le village tout proche typiquement italien, un vrai moment de détente

L'hôtel n'est pas du tout insonorisé, on entend les voisins, les gens dans le couloir, etc...

L'accueil, la qualité du service, la qualité des repas , et la gentillesse du personnel.

Bonne situation à 15 min dans la montagne de Venitimillia, au calme. Beau et grand jardin avec piscine. Très bon restaurant,

Precio muy excesivo para la categoría del hotel, instalaciones obsoletas, sin aire acondicionado en la habitación (en teoría lo hay pero en recepción nos dijeron que no se podía poner porque se tenia que poner en marcha en todo el hotel). Para bañarte en la piscina te hacen poner un gorro ridículo, viejo y lleno de pelos. No había cortinas en la habitación ni nada que tapase ni un poco la luz. El balcón de la habitación era comunitario, si abrías la ventana tus vecinos se podían pasear tranquilamente por delante de la habitación sin ningún tipo de intimidad.
