The bedroom had very efficient plumbing. The hotel does not appear to be geared for longer stay guests and the staff appeared to be largely disinterested in us. The initial check in was not a very convivial process and there was no sense of a welcome or any assistance in locating our room, nor offer of help with our luggage. The restaurant was expensive for the menu on offer and there were no concessions for hotal guests. There were three weddings over the weekend which seemed to consume the stretched hotel staff. The hotel could provide absolutely no local tourist information.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff very friendly with and the appartments are very spacoius with basic facilities. Excellent eveing menu. Service drops a bit when the hotel is hosting a wedding - there were three during our stay.

Lovely environment with a smashing garden, that is also easy to enter with a wheel chair. All 3 levels! The elevalor is very tiny, the wheelchair and 1 lean person to push the bottoms do fit but that's it. There was no wifi. The airco was not functioning but during the evening/night it cooled down, so is was no issue.

Precio muy excesivo para la categoría del hotel, instalaciones obsoletas, sin aire acondicionado en la habitación (en teoría lo hay pero en recepción nos dijeron que no se podía poner porque se tenia que poner en marcha en todo el hotel). Para bañarte en la piscina te hacen poner un gorro ridículo, viejo y lleno de pelos. No había cortinas en la habitación ni nada que tapase ni un poco la luz. El balcón de la habitación era comunitario, si abrías la ventana tus vecinos se podían pasear tranquilamente por delante de la habitación sin ningún tipo de intimidad.

La posizione, la natura di contorno, la buona qualità del cibo, la piscina abbastanza bella e comunque ben fruibile Non sono reclami ma semplici osservazioni: la struttura è piuttosto vecchia, con un arredo per certi aspetti inquietante, l'ascensore approssimativo che infatti si è rotto (in effetti di domenica e quindi la riparazione è stata certamente complessa)

Mi è piaciuto poter usufruire della piscina e avere tanti confort in camera (piccoli oggetti ma utili) Non avevo la cassaforte in camera, mancava l'aria condizionata in camera e un mini-frigo

Les repas sur la terrasse, et les petits dejeuner, la chambre est geniale avec un petit frigo, et un mini bar. Le personnel est à l'ecoute et on est rapidement servi La deco de la chambre il faudrait la rafraichir surtout les lustres,que la tele fonctionne, et refaire les joints de la salle de bain

J'ai aimé la situation: en pleine campagne aux portes de la ville de vintimiglia en 15 minutes! J'ai aimé le personnel de l'hotel, du restaurant et de la piscine: a la moindre réclamation, le personne de réception réagit immdiatement; Globalement, nous sentons vraiment que c'est une affaire de famille, le personnel s'implique, est souriant, accueillant, serviable. Nous avons demandé du champagne à la piscine, ce fut possible! Un chien aboyait le matin, après notre réclamation, ils ont déplacé le chien et nous ne l'avons plus jamais entendu! Ce genre d'évènements mineures peut gacher des vacances, aussi nous ressentons vraiment le respect du client. Merci à tous... J'adore le mobilier contemporain, donc forcément, je n'ai pas trouvé d'inspiration dans toutes ces bêtes empaillées, style campagnard un peu vieillot... Ce n'est pas important dans la qualité d'un séjour... Ah oui, petite chose, sur le site, il est précisé que toutes les chambres donne sur la rivière et ont une terrasse indépendante! Faux: notre chambre 302 donnait sur la route et n'avait pas de terrasse! Nous avons demandé une chambre fumeur, c'est peut-être pour cette raison...

Cadre extérieur. Hotel censé être au calme, mais Sono extérieure avec musique très forte le week-end jusqu'a 1h30 du matin avec très mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre. J'ai dormi avec ma fille de 3 ans dans la salle de bain de 3m2 toute la nuit. Séjour écourté de ce fait. Réclamation à l'acceuil mais réponse "c'est comme ça tous les week-end, il faut venir la semaine !!!!! C'est écrit sur nos sites web". Hors, je ne l'ai vu nulle part.

Mooi hotel waar je lekker kunt eten. Mooie ligging tussen de bergen. Beetje gedateerd maar eenmaal daar doorheen gekeken een heerlijk adres. Lekker zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en handdoeken. Alles is gewoon goed geregeld voor de gasten. Wifi werkte niet goed. Maar ook wel lekker rustig zonder!

Ruim appartement met zeer fijn terras, leuk zwembad, knappe en rustige ligging in de bergen en dicht bij de kust. (op 40 minuten van Monaco) Het is echt een aanrader.
