Staff very helpful and friendly especially when we lost our room key. Room was spotless and was cleaned to the same standard each day we were there. Tram stop was right outside the door and it was about 20 minutes to town. Room was nice and warm and comfortable. |

Excellent Stay at this hotel, Trams stop just over the road from the hotel making transport into the centre very easy (Number 14 tram there in 10-15 mins) - 3 euros for a 24 pass on the trams. Also the reception staff were extremely helpful providing information on where to go and how best to get to the places we needed to be. Rooms were excellent and very clean - all in all a top class hotel and would definately stay again if ever in Milan 5* |

It was relatively inexpensive for Milan and for the 4star category it was mentioned it had. Staff at the reception was very helpful, breakfast was also good. Hotel is very far from city center (20 minutes with tram and no metro nearby)and definitely not the right choice for a city trip. Room was small and I don;t think it is a 4 star hotel. |

All were pleased with the standanrd of the hotel. The staff were all very helpful. Two pillows on each bed would definately be better. We had problems using the pay TV and a staff member who came also had problems. When we got it on to watch a football match, it went off 5 minutes before the end and everyone was disappointed they didn't know who won the match. |

although not in the centre it is worth the short trolly bus ride (number 14) the faciliies were top notch and our room was fantastic for 58 euro's a night a bargin ! great breakfast and there is an excellent pizza resturant across the road 6 euro for a big pizza and 6 euro's for a litre of house white can't be bad would recomend both nothing it was great |

Reception staff was extremely helpful and well-trained. Quality beds / mattresses / pillows. Excellent bathroom, including bathtub with jacuzzi. Nice room design. Good breakfast, with quite enough selection. Overall very pleased with our stay especially at such low rates! The hotel was worth the 4 stars. The overall feel is that of a hotel where they take themselves and their customers seriously. I was left well satisfied. The ethernet socket in the room didn't work, neither did the Wi-Fi inside the room, apart from sitting directly in front of the door. I would also expect a 4-star hotel to provide free internet, but this was not the case. However, as soon as we reported that the ethernet socket didn't work in our room, we were not charged for using wireless internet in the lobby or elsewhere. |

The staff was helpful and polite. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Everything was excellent. The location was a bit far away from city centre, but could be found very easily. I will recommend to everyone to stay in this hotel. |

Most of all I liked administration, one of the receptionists helped me (us) a lot making clear different uncertainities. The communication in english was surprisingly perfect! Rooms were always perfectly clean. The only think, that made me feel a littlebit uncomfortable, was hotel's location. Distance from center of city is quite large, so it takes about 30 min at least to get to the center by train. But that's not big pain anyway, because tram stop is right at the hotel entrance. |

Professional and polite staff, very clean and nice room, good location - a Tram station is just in front of the hotel, comes every 10 minutes and takes you to the center in 20-25 minutes. The option to park the car at the hotel (although it cost 18 euros...) was pretty convenient. |

I really liked the hotel. I was there with my Mum and it was perfect. The staff was nice and helpful. Easy to reach the central because the tram just stop in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Clean and nice room.Great experience. |

Spacious room, rich buffet breakfast until 10:30, very helpful staff, close to tram stop. Very pleased with my choice! It is not close to any metro station. Distances are big in Milano and certainly location near a metro station would help in reducing travelling time. It is however just only 20 metres from the tram stop of line 41 which goes to the city centre. |

The rooms where clean and there was a good selection for the breakfast. Was kept awake on the second night by a lot of banging next door for just under 2 hours! After calling to reception and then banging on the wall myself it stopped! Would have perhaps liked reception to investigate this instead of having to bang on the wall myself and wind myself and my partner up at 2am! |

The room was very nice and clean. There was a kattle with several tea bags and coffee, what I appreciated it. The breakfast was good. Overall I can say that was a good choice. One reception guy was not very helpfull. He did not say anything more what we would like to know. Just simple answer for questions, no advices or suggestions |
