All members of staff are extremely nice and willing to help. This boils down to the cleaning staff. When my not-so-perfect Italian was letting me down, there was always somebody able to speak English or French. The breakfast is a must-try in Viareggio. The only thing is that rooms are a bit small. But the price is excellent for the location. And anyway, of you go for beach and trips, you use your room just to sleep, so no real concern. |

The hotel was perfect. Clean and very welcoming. The rooftop terrace was stunning. The breakfast was fantastic and the food in the restaurant was wonderful. The decor was first class and the staff throughout the hotel were excellent. My friend and I would recommend this hotel and we will return to use the facilities. |

Overall an excellent experience. Great location, beach and train access. And best breakfast buffet we had in our 2 1/2 weeks in Italy. Very limited English. Only one hotel staff member was fluent, but she (Nicoletta) was amazing and extremely helpful to meet all of our family's needs. No other staff member including in restaurant spoke any English at all. |

Nice hotel with superb and friendly staff. Close to the beach. Good breakfast. I recommend room N on 3rd floor with 3-4 beds and balcony with seaview. Easy to park on the street outside the hotel. |

I have nothing but respect for the staff who were very friendly and accomodating and provided a pleasant welcome In our opinion, this is not a family hotel but a business facility. The room was cramped, the bathroom very small as are the appliances. The temperature was very low when we arrived but quickly picked up. We were recommended this hotel but normally stay in higher standard hotels. This being a 3 star hotel, the gap between 3 and 4 star appears very wide. We would not choose to stay there again. |
