Good value for money hotel, with all basic amenities and generally friendly and helpful staff (doing well in English even if it is not the language they feel most comfortable with). Nothing to complain about, especially for the price paid. |

The location, very kind staff, clean bathroom and room, good breakfast, air conditioning working! For the type of hotel (economic), I'd rate it higher than average. The isolation from the exterior was not good, and since my room was facing toward the train station, I heard a lot of noise till late night and from early morning. If you have problems with noise to sleep, I suggest you to bring your hear plugs. |

Location is great! A couple blocks away from the Roma Termini! The bed was hard and the room hot in the middle of the night. |

The rooms were very nice The areas leading to the rooms were a little scarey. The main concern was that I we had left a note on our booking that we would be in late. However, they had already given your room away. They did give us another very nice room though. |

Location near Termini station. Its useful for those staying only 1 night. Dimensions of the room are reasonable. Poor breakfast room. The hotel could be cleaner and the staff more friendly. |

The room was quite small and totally different from the picture shown in the website. The soundproof of the room was very poor and the noise of some constructions were awfully annoying all night. I cound not sleep without earplugs. There was no dryer, no hanger, no towel exchange, no WIFI connection in the room. |

The hotel was easy to find and get to from the Roma Termini (the central train station.) The room was very clean and very comfortable by local standards. In general, given its location in Rome it was a good value, especially for a short stay. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the cost of the room. The hotel is in a fairly noisy neighborhood adjacent to the train station, so it was necessary to close the windows completely until traffic and street noise had abated somewhat. Because it is a small hotel, services that one might expect to be available around the clock at larger establishments are not available here. |

Very close to the Termini Statiton. But there is a hotel area. Thousands of rooms are around available... You have to know that there are 2 different apart hotels in the same street. They want you any time to change your room. First apartment building has an elevator. But second building decorated on the 3rd floor. You have to climb 3 times a day to the 3rd floor. They have to change the beds and pillows. Its not ergonomic. If you want to have a good sleep bring your own pillows with you. After I slept for 3 nights now I am having back pain since 5 days. |

The location is excellent in the centre of the city and just beside the airport train station. The 24 hours reception desk is great for those who come at night. Maybe too little breakfast area, but OK. |

The staff were exellent, very helpful, friendly and great to deal with. The hotel was close to the railway station and easy to find. The lift, althought it worked well if someone didn't close the doors properly on another floor it wouldn't work and you would have to use the stairs. I would have liked an electric jug and cups in the room. |
