Conveniently located just across the train station; rooms are big enough and clean; rooms have refrigerator and bathtub. Hotel is located at the 4th floor of the buidling; you need to use another door of the building to access the hotel; toilet was a bit smelly; no credit cards accepted |

It was close to the Termini--so it was easy to hop on a bus or train. It was very niosy. The hallways and building were quite scuzzy--although the room was clean. The washroom was just adequate. The shower didn't drain very well. |

The breakfast was good, the room was adequate. The lift broke down, overall the place was run down. Could not get the air condititoning to work properly and they could not find batteries that would fit the safe so they did not work either. |

Location-just across Termini station; despite loud traffic, relatively good sound isolation- walls and windows. Loud air conditioning in our room- not possible to sleep with it working; also not possible to open windows at night because of traffic. If you come after 9.00 for breakfast, almost nothing left and you have to ask personnel to bring cheese and sausage (they don't do it if you don't ask) |

It is in a superb location for anyone arriving by train or airport bus. The breakfast was excellent and the room fine. Excellent value for money. I brought to the attention of the reception that the toilet did not flush propely, but nothing was done about it. |

The location is very good for people who should go by train in other cities of Italy. It's the worst shower I had seen throughout all my life. |

Good value for money hotel, with all basic amenities and generally friendly and helpful staff (doing well in English even if it is not the language they feel most comfortable with). Nothing to complain about, especially for the price paid. |

The location, very kind staff, clean bathroom and room, good breakfast, air conditioning working! For the type of hotel (economic), I'd rate it higher than average. The isolation from the exterior was not good, and since my room was facing toward the train station, I heard a lot of noise till late night and from early morning. If you have problems with noise to sleep, I suggest you to bring your hear plugs. |

Location is great! A couple blocks away from the Roma Termini! The bed was hard and the room hot in the middle of the night. |

The rooms were very nice The areas leading to the rooms were a little scarey. The main concern was that I we had left a note on our booking that we would be in late. However, they had already given your room away. They did give us another very nice room though. |

Location near Termini station. Its useful for those staying only 1 night. Dimensions of the room are reasonable. Poor breakfast room. The hotel could be cleaner and the staff more friendly. |

The room was quite small and totally different from the picture shown in the website. The soundproof of the room was very poor and the noise of some constructions were awfully annoying all night. I cound not sleep without earplugs. There was no dryer, no hanger, no towel exchange, no WIFI connection in the room. |

The hotel was easy to find and get to from the Roma Termini (the central train station.) The room was very clean and very comfortable by local standards. In general, given its location in Rome it was a good value, especially for a short stay. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the cost of the room. The hotel is in a fairly noisy neighborhood adjacent to the train station, so it was necessary to close the windows completely until traffic and street noise had abated somewhat. Because it is a small hotel, services that one might expect to be available around the clock at larger establishments are not available here. |
