Mirage & Halifax  

It was very close to Rome termini train station. Concetta and her husband were lovely.

The shower enclosure was too small you had to open the doors to bend over and wash your legs and feet. Very noisy at the time because a large group of teenagers were there. The bed was very hard. Breakfast was very simple.

Lovely, lovely room with en- suit and bath. Very friendly staff and excellent security. Open 24/7 which pleased our 22yr old son. Excellent travel facilities, local bars and good local restaurants on the doorstep especially Andres. Best pizzas ever! Loved it and allowed to have our Samoyed with us who fully approved. Most comfortaqble double bed I have ever slept in. Viv Nutton

1. Location. Hotel is located near the Termini Railway Station (direct connection to the Airport), Metro stations (crossing point of the both two lines), big store (food and accessories). Short walk to city center and places of interest. 2. Good value for money. 3. Room was cleaned every day. 4. Room had a fridge (which was very convenient). 5. There was a lot of electrical sockets.

1. Room was very dark. There were only two extremely dim lamps. I had to buy more powerful lamp to be able to read in my room. 2. Hotel is rather old, poor and shabby. It was the third floor without elevator (Halifax building).

Located right opposite to the main train station. Helpful staff.

Dark, no natural light

Staff very extremely helpful and very friendly and kind. The hotel is almost opposite the central Station Termini in Rome so getting three children and luggage to hotel was easy. All sorts restaurants and market places were nearby. It was a great value for money place to stay. The Room was well heated in winter and breakfast was great with plenty of choices and great coffee. We would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Service and Perfect Location

Location was excellent, right next to Termini main station.

I had a single room and it was very small.

It is close to the main Train station.

The hotel is more like a guest house and the bathroom is not at all as per the Hotel Standards. Very poor facilities.

,Very close to roma termini, easily reaching to tickets, trains , metro, sight seeing tour bus, the room big and 4 beds comfortable, they gave also breakfast, the staff helpfull,

I liked that it was close to the train station which made our early travels easier. It was a quiet room.

It was a room for 5 people with 5 single beds positioned like a square with absolutely no room to walk around or between, like we were all on the same bed.

Room was Very small and average men can not fit In shower cabin.

LOCATION IS VERY GOOD,JUST OPPOSITE TERMINI STATION. FREINDLY AND HELPFUL STAFFS.GOOD SERVICE.

THERE IS NO ELAVATOR.

The location is perfect. Close to the metro station to go everywhere. Breakfast is fine.

The location of the hotel is excellent, meters from the train station. The shuttle service offered by the hotel (for a fee) is also excellent.

I did not like that some of the members of the staff (particularly those at night) were not helpful or friendly. They were particularly impatient and not accommodating. For instance, one of my colleagues had to wait until 4:00 pm for his room to be available. I also think there is a degree of false advertisement in regards to this hotel, as the pictures show a beautiful hotel and that is not the case. The hotel is clean and very close to the train station Termini, but other than that, I do not think what is sold is actually delivered. In addition, the hotel promises free wireless internet, but it was not available. The TV in my room was not working.

Reception was not located at the hotel. What was presented on boolking .dot.com was not what we found at the place. Fold up single beds is not a double bed. More like a boarding house than a hotel. Smelly rooms. poor elevator. little security. noise from adjacent rooms comes through walls. some lights in the room did not work. The toilet leaked.

You can use your credit card in shopping centers, stations, even the small buffets. But in Mirage Hotel it gives error and it is not possible to use your credit card.They are trying to charge you as cash.Also,they are asking city taxes as cash 2. In Booking internet is 30 minutes free. When you arrive to the hotel on the front door it says it is free. In the first day they may provide 30 Minutes internet pin. In the second day if the receptionist changes he may provide you full day free internet connection pin. 3. In some of the rooms the fuses make noise.Also from outside you may hear some if you stay street side rooms.

Receptionist very unfriendly. Room far too small for 4 people.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. A menos de 50 metros de la estación central de termino y de el metro. El personal muy amable. Aunque la habitación era pequeña estaba cómoda.

La entrada del hotel no es la mejor y la recepción esta en otro edificio.

L'entrée de l'hotel est une vieille porte qui donne sur le hall d'entrée sale et peu engageant avec un vieil ascenseur..j'ai dù faire des remarques !!!du jamais vu!!! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment mini mini !!!il faut le prendre dans un autre immeuble quand la réception est aussi dans un autre immeuble !!!déroutant!!! Devant la porte d'entre- une espèce de grille sale et endommagée qui peut provoquer problèmes !!! les chambres donnent sur une cour et les climatiseursou autres appareils vrombissaient dès 21h!!!! Je parle de l'hotel Mirage-

Struttura esterna necessità ristrutturazione la prima stanza assegnata di pessima qualità ma successivamente Con la gentilezza del personale ci ha cambiato subito la stanza. La pulizia degli asciugamani lasciava ha desiderare ho trovato in una specialmente molti capelli lunghi che non ha fatto piacere e il cambio un giorno addirittura non li hanno sostituito insomma un po' di cura in più e' indispensabile

Очень удобно, что отель находится рядом с вокзалом, особенно если едете в первый раз. Легко добираться до разных мест. Мы брали данный отель как основной и путешествовали по разным городам, очень удобно. Достаточно чисто, не шумно. Приветлевый персонал. Скудный завтрак, но если для вас это не главное, на это внимание не обращаешь.
