Great localization and view to the lake from the room. Located in nice village with some good restaurants around. Good connections by road and by boat to the other lake areas.In overall building is old but well mainatained and is very nice. Breakfast is a standard one with the basics His an historical building and so the rooms are old but need to be updated, refresh, specially the beds, not confortable and the W.C that need also to be refresh. Hotel staff is efficient but simpathy could be better. |

Public areas very good. Breakfast continental but lots of choice. Although the Restaurant menu was fairly limited both fillet steak and tuna steak were cooked to perfection. Staff spoke English and very helpful and friendly. Located in a peaceful area, no road noise. I would stay there again. My single room was a little 'tired'. No drink making facilities. |

A beautiful location, above all. Staff professional and helpful, cleaning very efficient. In any case, I cannot underline the superb location enough. Good parking, if you pay but not suitable for big cars. It may not be luxurious any longer, and yes, it may need freshening up but it retains its old charm. Breakfast was unexciting. |

Our family room in the 3rd floor had ordinary equipments, but it was very narrow. Atmosphere at the hotel was a bit cold, hotel staff was quite neutral, maybe they think a smile costs something? The neighbour restaurant was very noisy by breaking glass-bottles every morning 7a.m. We could`nt sleep after that. The same thing every four(4) morning we slept there. |

La situation de l'hôtel nous procure une vue magnifique Les chambres sont désuètes, les lits inconfortables et la salle de bain a grandement besoin de rénovation. Nous avions séjourné à cet hôtel il y a quelques années et il n'y a rien de changé .Il y a un urgent besoin de rénovations considérant le prix demandé. |

Het hotel ligt prachtig en is van een ouderwetse klasse. Inrichting huiselijk, hoewel hier en daar een beetje vergane glorie. Prima ontbijt voor Italiaanse begrippen. Douchecabine in badkamer beetje versleten en aan krappe kant. |

la situation face au lac dans une cité reposante le prix est démesuré par raport aux prestations ( chambre petite et désuette , salle de bains avec une cabine de douche en plexiglass digne des années 60 ! ) en comparaison avec l'hotel voisin 4 étoiles ( 30 euros de plus , parking compris , piscine etc...) et lhotel Excelsior place Cavour à Côme ( luxueux pour le même prix ! ) et le Gd Hotel Bristol à Stresa , moins cher avec des prestations très luxueuses où nous avons séjourné juste avant ; cer hotel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles |

Ein traditionelles Familienhotel. Sehr ruhig, aber auch sehr verkehrgünstig gelegen. Kurz hinter der Grenze ist man richtig in Italien. Sehr schöne kleine Promenade direkt vor der Tür. Gutes Restaurant im Hause und mehrere in der direkten Umgebung. Vielleicht nicht das richtige Hotel für einen längeren Urlaub mit Kleinkindern. Es ist alles gediegen, nicht kinderbunt. |

La vue sur le lac de Côme. Le village de Cernobbio avec des restaurants sympas. L'embarcadère à 2 pas de l'hôtel, à 15 min. De Côme notamment ! Une très belle piscine (payante et assez chère) au bord du lac à 200 M. Les photos du site internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité... Plutôt "vieillot" et donc en deça de ce qui est présenté, dommage ! |
