The staff were fantastic - friendly, professional and always willing to find things out for us. Hotel is ideally located - lots of parking too. All in all it was a great find and we will definitely stay there again. The only slight negative is the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

Excellent location, near to old town and port, both short walks from hotel. Family run hotel with outdoor pool and jetty for the lake. Plenty for children to do, table tennis swimming etc. Continental breakfast very good but evening meal a liitle expensive. Car parking a bonus. |

Lovely facilities, and peaceful beside the water with access and facilities for the kids, e.g. trampoline, slide. Breakfast each morning needs more variation, did not have a large choice for dinners so we eneded up eating out each day. |

there is everything needed, parking, elevator, aircondition, balcony, big bathroom good breakfast but still something is missing, you do not have a homely feeling. the corridor between the rooms on second floor gives a dirty impression. |

The hotel's location-within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. The room was very sparse. Luckily there was enough to see and do that we didn't have to spend a lot of time in the room. |

Clean & functional. This hotel was expensive. It's quite dated. We had a mosquito invasion in the room when we opened the door to the balcony. Its approx 750m from the town centre so if on foot, its not very convenient. If you're driving, it's in a good location as it's about as close as you'll get to the city gates. |

the pool the whole experience was not for us .there was myself my husband and my two sons aged 19 and 23 reason being our 25th wedding anniversey.The hotel is only suitable for older people,all the guest were of a certin age which is fine, but i think this needs to be stated.The night porter at one stage told me to be in by one o clock.He sat waiting for us every night to close up.My husband had to explain we were on holiday and had paid a lot of money for the hotel.Food we could not eat,you were given a slip of paper at breakfast and asked to fill it out for dinner. Three staters three mains very very basic indeed.We had to buy dinner a few nights we just could not eat it. Buyer bewere if you are under the age of seventy . |

Magnificent lake view and a big terrace in lake side rooms (it worth paying extra fees for such a view and balcony!); very close to old city center and castle (about 10 minuts walk with a small child). Very nice swimming pool and tasty food. Friendly and helpfull staff. Very beautiful and calm surrounding. Comfortable and clean rooms. Private parking in the shade. A good playground. It is not very comfortable to swim in the lake near the hotel because of bulrush and ducks. But it is balanced out by swimming pool and very nice lakeshore area. |

We had a lake view room with a good size terrace. The view was terrific, aircon worked well and the room was meticulously cleaned every day. Personnel was very courteous and helpful. |
