Hotel Miramare  

The location is excellent though the walk up the stairs from the railway station was rather steep with bags to carry. The view from the room over the city was good. And the garden with pool was very plesant. The staff were friendly. And the room was very well cleaned each day.

We consider the overall level of service closer to three stars than four. The description of the room was misleading in terms of suggesting it consisted of a number of rooms when in effect it was one large room with internal partitions . The shower space is extremely small and the quality of towels extremely poor.

Room was large, nice pool, good location. We had small kitchen, something very rare in Italy.

Parking was limited. 4-star hotel prices but should have been 3-star.

The hotel have air condition and is near to the marina and the train station.

The shower is fixed if you don't like to wash your hair you must be Tiramolla the didn't have a glass to drink your water or your wine in the room but the have coffee and sugar. No bags in the garbage, the towels was like paper,If you use the junior suite and you want another person to sleep with you the second person must pay 50 euro per night and nobody inform you until check out.Very expensive for this quality. Every 30' you can hear the train passing very romantic if you lover of trainspotting.

An experience WE CAME BY MISTAKE IN THAT WE THOUGHT WE HAD BOOKED INTO SAME NAME HOTEL AT SANREMO BUT WERE AT IMPERIA ( OUR IGNORANCE) STAFF WERE VERY UNDRESTANDING ABOUT CANCELLATION OF SECOND NIGHT STAY NICE BIG ROOM AND FACILITIES, QUIET, CONVENIENT TO TOWN AND PARKING BREAKFAST OUTSIDE IN GARDEN GOOD

No free wifi

Sehr schönes Gebäude in bester Lage, toller Meerblick! Nähe zum Bahnhof und auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Die Kochnische, bei Bedarf durch eine Falttür abtrennbar, war ebenfalls praktisch.

Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war es - besonders nachts - sehr laut. Bahn zwar kaum störend, dafür der Autoverkehr umso mehr. Frühstück eher karg, Mitarbeiter teilweise mit kaum vorhandenen Englischkenntnissen, aber bemüht und freundlich.

allerdings fällt durch die Lage - genau oberhalb des Bahnhofs - ein ziemlicher Zuglärm an. Und die Strasse an der anderen Seite des Hotels ist auch sehr befahren.

Hotel liegt zentral und ist guter Ausgangspunkt fuer viele Ausfluege, Bahnhof ist gleich nebenan..

Parkmoeglichkeiten sind furchtbar, auch die reservierten Parkplaetze sind viel zu eng und klein. Fruehstueck war sehr sparsam, alle Extras wie Eier usw. wurden teuer extra berechnet. Geraeuschekulisse sehr hoch, man hoert immer den Verkehr, Zuege usw.

Le petit déjeuner

Le bruit de la gare. Mauvaise isolation de la porte d' entrée de la chambre.

Buena ubicación. Con la piscina no hace falta ir a la playa para refrescarse. El desayuno es básico y bueno. Si quieres más servicios, los cobran, pero te dan esa opción. El hotel es una mansión antigua con encanto y las vistas al pueblo son muy bonitas. Cercano a restaurantes y al pueblo para ir andando sin problemas. Habitaciones espaciosas y con cocina.

Suelo de moqueta y debajo de la cama no habían pasado el aspirador. Estación de tren enfrente (ruidoso) aunque a mi no me molestaba.

Pochissima cura in tutto: asciugamani bucati, colazione poverissima, caffè pessimo, parcheggio scomodissimo, prezzo inadeguato.

Den privata stranden är ett skämt!, man får gå i en halvtimme och dela 15 kvm med ett annat hotell. Rummen med AC håller inte måttet, vi hade bokat 3 dagar men åkte efter första dagen trots att vi betalade fullt. Frukosten bestod av frallor, kakor och marmelad, kaffet förtjänar inte att serveras i Italien. Åk till Diano Marina istället!!!

Gli spazi larghi delle stanze, la zona piscina e il parco secolare.

La colazione è migliorabile con prodotti più freschi, comunque nell'attuale più che abbondante

Отель понравился тем,что номер большой.,с кухней,спальней отдельной,с балконом.Персонал дружелюбный.Выполняли любые просьбы.

Не понравилось месторасположение.Очень плохо.Шумная улица,рядом железнодорожная станция.До моря далеко,надо спускаться подниматься по лестнице и через переход идти.Очень неудобный санузел.Душевая кабина очень маленькая.

Sicuramente la gentilezza e professionalità del personale. L'ottima posizione e non ultimo " la colazione che viene servita in camera". Ottima esperienza che sicuramente rifarò.

Stare in piscina circondata dal cemento non è piacevole

The location and the juniour suite itself. it had an amazing balcony and greta pool and garden:)

there were ants and mosquito's at night. Mosquito plugs should be available. and the towels are not real towels. not nice at all. shower is a bit small too.

The location is not as good as expected. The hotel is located close to a railway station - and also if you have the windows closed it is pretty loud. Further, the hotel is situated between two streets - so you can hear the street noise as well (also during night). The beach is accessible through a ten to fifteen minutes walk - if you have small children and a buggy it's not really convenient due to the stairs etc. If you want to go to the beach area that the Miramare is sharing with another hotel, you need to pay for it and make a reservation every morning.

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dall'addetta alla reception.

In effetti i 4 stelle sono tutta un'altra cosa! Arredi, bagno del tutto adatti a una o due stelle al massimo. Ho chiesto la sveglia alle 6,30 il telefono è suonato alle 7,10. Secondo me può essere una buona pensione ma non un hotel.

Colazione buona e staff molto accogliente; cucina in camera comoda; bel giardino e vista sul mare; parcheggio molto comodo

Vicinissimo alla stazione quindi molto rumoroso; si deve scendere tante scale per raggiungere il centro e il mare quindi non addatto a persone con problemi d'ambulazione
