Everything was super: friendly staff, excellent location (walk of 5 min to via Toledo and a few good restaurants next to the hotel), and an unbelievable beautiful view from the rooftop terrace while taking breakfast on sunny mornings |

The hotel staff was kind and helpful beyond any expectations, really amazing! Excellent location with a view of Bay of Naples and Vesuvus, while very close to all major venues (my conference was held in Palazzo Reale) and sights, like Via Roma/Toledo, Pizza Plebiscito, Castel Nuovo and Castel dell'Ovo each within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooftop terrace for breakfast on sunny mornings was a great ice on the cake. Not really. Perhaps the rooms could use a bit more fersh and new touch. |

Fabulous view over the bay of Naples. Hotel has a very nice atmosphere, felt at though it was family run, so seemed to be genuinely helpful and friendly. |

the attentiveness of the staff, the view from the room, the general atmosphere - a small, quiet hotel the decor was not pristine, this didn't really bother me, but given the price of the room it could have been better |

Very goog location for walking to Piazza del Plebiscito and Maschio Angioino. Good connection (10 min walk to Alibus), I enjoyed the rooftop breakfasts with the view on the Naples' Gulf. I generally don't like peeling wallpaper. Bathrom was lightly out of order first day. ( second day was good) |

Wlascicielka czekala na nas z butelka proseco. Mieszkalismy w suicie z widokiem na Zatoke i byl to jeden z najpiekniejszych see view, jakie mozna sobie wyobrazic. Romantycznie, komfortowo, elegancko. |

Dalla mia stanza ho goduto di una vista spettacolare del golfo di napoli vesuvio compreso, come non esserne conquistati? Il personale gentilissimo mi ha offerto un aperitivo nella sala stile liberty carinissima . elegante e deliziosa la colazione servita in un ambiente caldo e raffinato sempre con una spettacolare vista sul golfo. Eccezionale la terrazza dove davvero lo sguardo si perde in un meraviglioso panorama del quale non ti stanchi mai. Hotel davvero di charme con in piu' una ottima posizione centrale (a due passi da piazza del plebiscito) e sul lungomare( a due passi da castel dell'ovo nel cui borgo si cena in ottimi e romantici ristorantini.....) |

La posizione rispetto alle zone della citta di mio interesse e la grande disponibilità e ospitalità da parte del personale Gli impianti del bagno della stanza a me assegnata erano un po datati, l'acqua calda era in quantità ridotta ed era piena di residui ferrosi tanto da colorarla leggermente. Infine la mancanza di un collegamento wi-fi gratuito in camera. |

La gentillesse et courtoisie du personnel. La situation géographique de l'hôtel avec une splendide vue sur la baie de Naples. La possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse. La chambre n'était pas très grande pour une chambre double. |

Nous avons été particulièrement sensibles à la qualité de tout le personnel de l'hôtel sans exception, lequel tout en étant très professionnel, était très chaleureux et charmant, à l'image de son propriétaire, Enzo. De plus ce dernier nous a communiqué son amour et son enthousiasme pour sa ville, que nous avons pu sillonner grâce à ses recommandations. Le soir après de longues marches nous éprouvions la sensation de rentrer dans notre villa de bord de mer de la fin XIXe début XXe. Et le matin, nous savourions les petits déjeuners sur une superbe terrasse surplombant la baie de Naples avec le Vésuve et Capri en panorama. Nous reviendrons dès que possible! |

centrale, vicinanza parcheggio con tariffe oneste, panorama, gentilezza del personale, vasca idromassaggio, colazione in terrazza affacciati sul lungomare di napoli. essendo ubicato in una zona molto trafficata anche di notte, sarebbe auspicabile una migliore insonorizzazione degli ambienti. |

Servizio eccellente in termini di qualità degli arredi, accuratezza degli accessori tavola e camere, cortesia dello staff e posizione centrale rispetto alla città storica (con gradevolissima terrazza panoramica su mare e Vesuvio). |
