The breakfast is good and the Valleroy and Boch plates and cups they used on the first day is to die for. I did not like that when we tried to book the Pompei tour they did not really help us.. Otherwise the staff have been great...The interior drcorator though should be shot: He took an old fashioned , romantic hotel and put in hideous lights and furniture in the room 105 for example. |

Everything was super: friendly staff, excellent location (walk of 5 min to via Toledo and a few good restaurants next to the hotel), and an unbelievable beautiful view from the rooftop terrace while taking breakfast on sunny mornings |

The hotel staff was kind and helpful beyond any expectations, really amazing! Excellent location with a view of Bay of Naples and Vesuvus, while very close to all major venues (my conference was held in Palazzo Reale) and sights, like Via Roma/Toledo, Pizza Plebiscito, Castel Nuovo and Castel dell'Ovo each within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooftop terrace for breakfast on sunny mornings was a great ice on the cake. Not really. Perhaps the rooms could use a bit more fersh and new touch. |

Fabulous view over the bay of Naples. Hotel has a very nice atmosphere, felt at though it was family run, so seemed to be genuinely helpful and friendly. |

Come prima cosa la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale. In secondo luogo la posizione, poichè trovandosi a poche centinaia di metri da piazza Plebiscito risulta davvero strategico per chi vuole visitare la città. Il livello della camera da me occupata non rispecchiava affatto lo standard medio di un 4 stelle: superficie davvero esigua e, soprattutto, la vetustà di arredi e suppellettili. |

E' stata una esperienza decisamente positiva. Ho trovato molta efficienza e molta cortesia. Il posto e' bellissimo e strategico per visitare Napoli ed ha ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni. La notte non ho sentito rumori molesti. |

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Miramare in occasione del weekend natalizio e abbiamo goduto di una calorosa accoglienza. L'attenzione ai piccoli dettagli e alle esigenze della clientela, abbinate all'elevato standard offerto dall'hotel e alla cortesia, simpatia e preparazione del suo personale hanno reso il soggiorno molto gradevole.Ottima la posizione sul Lungomare che fa godere delle splendide vedute del golfo di Napoli e comunque a due passi dal centro storico.Atmosfera intima in una cornice elegante e curata nei dettagli. Ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio. |
