Rooms had balconies with sea view. The larger than single bed was very comfortable and the rooms was clean. The service was impeccable - very attentive staff.
location. Old house. Nice breakfast. small balcony in shade from strong sun. Nice sheets and bed. Friendly helpful staff. Felt very safe in this Hotel
Bit small and slightly worn room but overall very good value. Super comfortable, slept really well
This is an excellent hotel well located. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and caring. My wife became ill and needed a doctor the hotel sorted everything and for us it seemed they went the extra mile. Fortunately it was a passing problem and when she up and around the staff genuinely asked after her.
Wonderful location with amazing view of Vesuvius and Bay of Naples from our room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable
Decor was a little tired, but this didn't detract from our stay.
The hotel is well located for attractions in Naples. The view of the mountain is beautiful. Breakfast is great. Hotel staff were very helpful and would recommend this hotel.
Not much little bit out dated but that give it the charm. Fantastic place
The breakfast was very nice. The room was always extremely clean and enjoyed how they would turn down the beds and leave little candies and a weather report for the next day. Very close to many attractions and the port. The two resident doggies are cute, and the staff were friendly, engaging and very helpful.
The only thing that I would critique is that they didn't get back to any of my email communication with regards to getting to the hotel from the airport. So perhaps they could look at paying more attention there.
Feels like it needs a bit of a renovation. Paint etc.
A bit shabby needed a bit of a facelift
Great place to be in Naples
We love the Miramare. It's a very cute hotel with friendly staff who gave everything to make us feel 'at home'. For example we arrived at 9am in Naples and they asked us to have breakfast and gave us the room 30min later.
The location Is wonderful, in front of Castel dell'Ovo, and the Naples gulf. Good breakfast place in the terrace, even if old furniture, no refurbishment at all.
The structure is old, with old furniture, the room were dirty with terrible smell. No perfume used in the room, and the price was too high compared with the quality of the room.
It's a small hotel, very friendly staff, very good breakfast served on a roof terass with a nice view of the bay and Vesuvio. It's in a good part of town next to the sea. Almost a perfect hotel.
The electric installations in the room were not in best shape. Had to get help to get the TV going, there were many channels but all in Italian.
Amazing location with a view of Mount Vesuvius. Great bathroom facilities and beautifully decorated with hand painted tiles. High thread count sheets and comfortable beds. Clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace on the third floor was incredible! Tasty, a huge spread, and something for everyone.
Opening the bedroom window on to the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius - a fantastic view - well worth paying the extra. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfasts were also very good.
Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little worn and faded but this didn't spoil a very enjoyable stay.
Everything was perfect. The staff are outstanding and can't help you enough. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, stunning views.
The breakfast terrace on the roof has gorgeous views!
Hotel's location and charm. Helpful staff
breakfasts are mediocre, though its location - the hotel roof top overlooking the bay - is excellent
We have searched for some time to find a good hotel in which to stay after we leave the coast and before heading back to the states---this is it. Service was excellent. Lovely view-
Facility needs some upgrading.
The double bed was very comfortable, and the manager and his wife welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for us, on the seafront, with beautiful views of the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius in the background. Pompeii and the Amalfi, Capri and Ischia within easy reach.
The room, a standard double, was although perfectly pleasant, a little on the small side for a 4 day stay.
The staff at the Mira Mare are really friendly and very helpful. We were new visitors to Naples and the hotel staff were always ready to advise us on local transport and directions whenever we asked and despite us having little grasp of Italian. The view of Vesuvius both from our hotel room and from the roof top terrace was stunning!
Breakfast was a little quiet and some quiet music would have been nice.
We liked the nice, classy atmosphere. The furniture and general looks are a bit oudated, but this is what exactly contributes to the atmosphere. Try the elevator, which could be figuring in an Agatha Christie movie. Personally, I like this mucht better than these modern 'boutique hotels', or the wold-wide operating chain hotels. Yes, the room and bathroom are a bit small, but the shower is warm and the bed sleeps well (or maybe we slept well because of the wine in the trattorie...). Good breakfast, served on the rooftop terrace (if weather permits) with view over the bay and vesuvius. Location is great, at the seaside, 7 min walk to the beginning of the Via Toledo and Quartieri Spagnoli, and 7 min to the Chaia shopping district on the other side.
Everything very good
THE POOR SERVICE FROM EBOIOKERS
The staff is amazing. Giuseppe Bisaccia spent at least 2 hours tracking down my luggage and arranging delivery. So warm and welcoming.
