Very easy to get to from Malpensa. An interesting design and delicious breakfast. Best place to spend a night before or after the flight from Malpensa.

Some things are toooo high tech or design where you have to fiddle around a lot to get the clue.

We chose this hotel for its location close to the airport and for the availability of a spa bath in the room. We were very happy with these aspects, and with the overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel.

We needed to weigh our suitcase as we were catching a flight and wanted to make sure the suitcase was not over the weight limit. We were surprised and disappointed that there was apparently not a single set of weighing scales in the hotel that we could borrow. For a hotel close to the airport it would seem an obvious requirement for customers to want to weigh their luggage before setting off for the airport. We did our best to gauge the weight by hand, but in the end our suitcase was 5 kg over the limit so we had to remove some items at the check-in desk at the airport. We therefore suggest that at least one simple set of weighing scales be made available to customers. Travelling with young children, we were hoping to be able to have an early dinner in the hotel, so were disappointed that neither the restaurant nor room service were available before 7pm, which was too late for our children. We had to make do with cold food purchased at a local supermarket, which was less than ideal. A selection of food available during the day and not only during the evening would be very welcome.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time. The indoor pool and the spa took away a lot of stress we were going through because of relocation. Will go again for sure...

The food quality was amazing but may be they can add more dishes and a room service menu...

We did not like, that Booking.com had no informed us, it is impossible to approach without own car. Therefor had we extra expenses! Keep looking better!!!!!

Funny light switches that are difficult to operate. A strong scent of air freshener that got really annoying the longer you stayed in the room. Can only be reached by car.

I was there only for one night because I was flying early from airport, so it was ok, BUT I THINK THAT it should be noted that it is also a motel for couples. I needed a shower but there was only a bath with jacuzzi for romantic nights.

Modern hotel at good price. Clean rooms English tv channels cnn, bbc etc Free parking in front of room.

Organisation: wrong room, forgot about setting up the sofa bed even though the receptionist saw 4 people turning up. Housekeeping: Omitted to top up toilet paper. Room: 2-level suite is still a squeeze for 4 people unless children are under 12 Y.O. Insufficient lighting in the room and when I complained about one faulty lamp the Italian receptionists were not forthcoming in sending maintenance service. No topping up of eggs and sausages after they run out. I suggest you have breakfast before 8:30 am. You must have a car, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Among the rooms do not have direct contact by phone. Absolutely stupid.

Nice design, pleasant room and in-room amenities.

Staff were okay but one told me he's doing me a favor to open the pool - the main reason I came to the hotel. Also, the pool was very, very small - more a spa pool then a real pool. I ordered room service, it arrived after an hour, was cold and not tasty. The €5 salad was terrible, an afterthought. The steak was cooked through.

the food from the restaurant was incredible. the staff offered good travel advise in English! pretty interesting artwork free WiFi

no air conditioning a=caused us to leave the windows open (this did not cause any difficulties because we were away from the highway and the outside temp was cool at night).

I stayed in the motel part of the hotel. Every room has his own privat parking place in front of the room, all parking places has a lot of privacy. The rooms are very nice duplex rooms with a lot of space and very design. I even got a whirlpool.

The restaurant could use more than one person to serve, Some people had to wait a long time to get their food or drinks.
