Friendly and helpfull staff, close to subway station, close to Vatican.Tip: use the shuttle service to go from the airport to the hotela and bakc. This is 32 euro's voor 2 persons while the train + metro is about 26 euro's. The shuttle service brings you door-to-door in 45 minutes while the train+metro takes more than 1,5 hours .... |

Arrived late due to delayed flight. Emilio, the owner/manager, waited for us to check us in and could not have been more helpful. The room is small, but big enough for our one night stay and very clean. Breakfast, comprising coffee, juice, croissant, pastry, chocolate cake and yoghurt delivered to room at the time of your choice was excellent. I would definately stay here again. |

Location. It is 5-minutes from the Vatican Museum, and 5-minutes from the Cipro subway station, making it extremely convenient. Value for money is fairly good too for does who only need comfortable and clean accommodation, but do not need much traditional hotel facilities and services. No facilities to speak of. One of the very few advertised facilities, the internet connection, did not work the entire three days we were there. |

The hotel was new, suites were comfortable and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly. The buidling and the hotel interior felt very Italian chic, exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this b&b to anyone. Location may be a little out of the way for those that love big city life but at the same time it had most things around it and was on the doorstep of the Vatican No manned reception as there were only 5 rooms so understandable, although they give a number to phone if you need anything so wasn't really a problem. |

Breakfasts were really good, choice of sweet or savoury and served in your room. Check in and out times were flexible and you could leave your luggage if needs be. Really close to all major sights but if you don't fancy walking the metro is not even 5 minutes away and really easy to use so you're in town in ten minutes. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say! |

We really liked the Location, cleanliness and is really comfortable. Is really hard to find it, there is not a cartel or something saying that here is the hotel. |

The cozy, private atmosphere, the helpful staff, and the excellent breakfast were all outstanding. The location is ideal, away from the main tourist hot spots in a traditional residential area with good local shopping, but close to metro and walking distance from the Vatican. A perfect base from visiting Rome. |

Beautiful room, very clean and nice modern interior. Fantastic breakfast served right to the room. Probably one of the best b&b in Rome. Close to subway station "Cipro". Very difficult to find, there is no sign what so ever outside the building. Its just an ordinary apartment building and impossible to find if you dont have the exact street name and house number. |

Staying at this hotel was a unique experience. Best said, "Don't judge a book by it's cover !" This tiny hotel is located in an apartment building that seemed to be one large apartment, remodeled into four guest suites. This initally threw us off, but once inside we were quite pleased. It was very modern and very clean, and quite pleasant. The staff was very helpful, however, they were not always on site. The hotel is conventiently located to the Vatican, less than 1 mile away, which was easily reached in a nice walk. We found a few small restaurants that provided some delicious meals, all in walking distance. All in all, it proved quite nice. It was inconvenient, at times, not to have staff available. However, the location made up for this. We did not see any of the other rooms, but I don't believe it would be accomodating for a family. |

Good location, very central, clean, nice bathroom and very quiet during the night. The hotel has no reception clerk so you have to have the key for the entrance of the building, breakfast is served in a bar close to the hotel and is quite poor and the bar employees not friendly at all. |

Staff were supportive - providing helpful hints and some insider knowledge to the city - our first trip to Rome. A perfect welcome, for an after hours check-in. Location is wonderful to get to the Metro or by other networks (10 Euro to Termini by cab) & near spitting distance to the steps of the Vatican Museum was great. It's not fancy, but it doesn't need to be. It was comfortable, clean, affordable and great location to get to where we needed quickly and safely. Really didn't spend a lot of time to worry about anything other than sleeping, resting, planning our next moves and washing up. |
