The town of Assisi is most alluring and the Hotel Moderno is right opposite the train station and bis stop to take you to the top of Assisi. Hotel manager very hospitable and welcoming. It is a neat, clean and comfortable hotel that is quality for money I like to have internet access in my room. It would be good to add that to the room and also a small fridge. |

Very nice, family run hotel with friendly and helpful people - convenient location very close to the station. Good quality for the money, I would recommend it to other travelers who want to visit Assisi. Good food in the evening - everything home made Italian! |

The stafff was wonderful, the room spacious and impecably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was great for getting into Assisi and touring and then for catching the train the next morning. Everything was wonderful |

Location is perfect as it is just opposite to the railway station. Tidy and spacious room. Staff's English is limited but they tried to understand customers' needs and offered assistance. Reminder to big luggage case carrier : although lift is available, some rooms cannot be proceeded directly from the lift and you may need to walk down or up some stairecases. |

The hotel is run as a family business all staff even though they had little english were very attentive and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and outside the front was a bus stop, a railway station and taxi rank so was accessible. I woulld have prefered the choice of a cooked breakfast. Th 11pm curfew meant we could not go to a concert. |

The hotel staff were wonderful, helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. They took very good care of a traveler alone. The Breakfasts were tasty and fairly typical European, nothing fancy, but substantial. I ate the dinners there as well, good food and cheerful service never failed. The room was small but cozy, and having the air conditioning during the day was quite nice. Attention, they turn off the air at nights, but if you open a window the cool air off the mountain keeps things nice and cool. |

The hotel was near the railway station and the air conditioning was a welcome break from the heat outside. We only used the hotel for sleeping purposes so it was adequate for our needs. |

The hotel is across from the train, and the bus to the town of Assisi(4 km) stops there, so its very easy to get around. Room large and comfortable. The breakfast was sketchy, just some bread and cappuchino |

The hotel is very conveniently located across the street from Assisi railway station and the bus top for the service to the centre of Assisi (its first stop is near to San Franciscus basilica). Rooms are clean and relatively spacious. It is a quite area, so one could rest well at night. This hotel does not have late hour check-in, which was a problem in our case. |

Best possible location. Hotel is across from the train station, but the rooms are quiet. It was a great value for the money. Our room had a very low bathroom doorway, but it was more amusing than troublesome. This is a friendly family-run operation. |

La habitación que nos dieron estaba impecable y era muy tranquila. El hotel tiene parking gratis y está ubicado practicamente enfrente de la parada del bus que te lleva a Asis, lo que resulta muy cómodo para ir y venir de la vieja ciudad. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El desayuno es bastante flojo y escaso no incluye nada salado ni fruta, sólo panes, mermelada, mantequilla y café. |

L'hotel si trova a Santa Maria degli Angeli ad un paio di km da Assisi,si trova praticamente in centro al paese ed è situato di fronte alla stazione dei treni con fermate degli autobus annesse;molto comodo per chi (come me)volesse fare un giro turistico ad Assisi.Io ho preso l'autobus che ti porta proprio fino su al paese di San Francesco ce n'è uno ogni 40 minuti circa. |
