I hate the buffet breakfast; ther's almost nothing except bread and butter, yogurt, and coffee. No ham and cheeze. The facility is quite old and the hot water stopped while I was taking a show.

Parking anywhere in Bari is challenging as is the traffic but we did OK.

The lock of the door was broken (room 212). It was hard to enter the room anytime.

The breakfast what they offered is nothing,they should give up to service the simplest breakfast that I had in my live for 5 eu. The address on the web site is not complete,if you use navigation system it is not possible to find the hotel

For a 3 star : Central area, Close to all amenities. Very friendly staff. Clean room with balcony. staff make you feel at home all the time. Just what we wanted. no fancy prices no extreme luxury. it's the second time and it was better since they have a new breakfast room .

We were just in Bari overnight, mostly for its proximity to the Bari Airport. The hotel was a pleasure - a short walk from the train station, a nice breakfast, 24 hour service. We were a little hesitant about Bari because of a reputation of petty crime. The staff totally put our minds at ease and sent us on our way to the old city center and we had a lovely meal in Piazza Mercantile after wandering the medieval streets and seeing S. Nicola. We walked back to the hotel according to their recommendation and felt quite secure. They were also helpful with the shuttle bus schedule to the airport.

The room was large with the option of a kitchenette. The staff were exceedingly helpful and polite. We were impressed that there were bookshelves in the lobby containing novels etc. of several languages to be borrowed by the residents. That type of gesture by a hotel is always appreciated.

Excellent location - very close to the centre, also very close to the main railway station, the place from which buses to the airport depart. Spacious room with balcony. Can't say a word about breakfast, because we left very early without any.

The staff was a bit slow - it took them few hours to fill in the documents and return us our IDs. It also took more time than we expected to check out.
