Hotel Moderno  

it was a verry big suprise when i arrived for my first time in venedig, and y found out that this small hotel is in the middle of everthing you need. i would say at the begginning of the heart of the town. i acspect unfriendly receptionists , but what i found was a verry helpfull smiling and friendly person. she brang me out of the hoel in a nice place to eat. and because of the small numbers of costemers in the hotel they let me even sleep in theyer better hotel for the same price! i absolutly surprised about what i had. and for shure i will go back there. it s easy, conftable, nice and absolutly clean. i wish them all the best and hope that they gone have a wunderfull sumer season starting in a few weeks. ps. venezia in winter is just a dream....

Good value for money, clean

In the room there was only aircondition that suppose to be heater as well but it did not give any heat at all, because of that it was very could in the room, however in the bathroom the heater was working and it heated littlebit the room

It was an excellent experience, specially for the price we paid the hotel was clean central and easy to walk in varoius places of interests.

Nothing, only the localitation near train station

Tho Hotel is absolutly dark and unatractive and when you arrive you do all of possible for not stay it . The chequing you must do at another hotel "Antica casa Carettoni". We decide to change but I don´t recomended at all . They says 3 stars???? The smell of the room it is terrible, the staff not friendly at all and the price very expensive. They have breakfast but they do not offer the possibility (even paying ) because we went from booking .com .

Good location.

Very difficult to find the hotel, the map and photos never matched with the real hotel given in your site. Very narrow lane, hardly you can pass through it.

Very quite. Near the central station. Interesting entrance :)

Bathroom was modern and clean. Great location.

Sleeping room was very different than the pictures on the website - not as luxurious as what is pictsured. It was a little difficult to find as it is hidden in a "alley way", but don't be afraid to ask for directions.

Staff disponibilissimo. La posizione è ottima e le camere, seppur piccole, molto confortevoli.

Difficile da trovare perchè in una calla strettissima con una minuscola indicazione.

Non avevo grandi pretese, mi bastava un letto e un bagno, possibilmente in quella zona. Li ho trovati, quindi bene così

Hôtel très vieillot les canapés taches ds le hall d'entrée et les couloirs donnent envie de prendre la poudre d'escampette quand on arrive . le petit couloir pour arriver a la porte de l'hôtel également et heureusement que j'avais lu les commentaires!!!!! Par contre personnel charmant et hygiène de la chambre parfaite. Quant a la tel e très vieillotte elle aussi aucune chaine francophone ou anglophone

La cercania a la estacion de tren

Tener que hacer el check in en otro sitio, con un hombre desagradable conmigo y poco educado a pesar de que le hablaba en italiano y con un señor frances (hablando en frances) muy amable, no se si su trato hacia mi era por ser cliente de internet

Posizione ottimale per visitare la città.Personale gentile.Io ci tornerò sicuramente.
