This hotel is in a great position for seeing the best sites in Palermo and for using public transport to explore more of Sicily. The facilities are basic but very clean and fairly comfortable. Breakfast is good and more than we could manage to consume! This is a very efficiently run hotel and really great value for money. I would happily recommend it to my friends. |

The hotel is well located. They give you a bumper continental breakfast that includes a plain bread roll if you're getting a bit sick of croissants. The room was large and the staff are friendly. A few relatively minor points: The bed was very squeaky; the cappucinos were served luke warm and the shower curtain/tray arrangement meant the floor got wet when you showered. |

location During the first stay, the room was nice. During the second stay the room was awful - like it was used for boiling sauerkraut or as warehouse for worn socks. |

Efficiently run Do not make phone calls. We rang your number in order to change our arrangements 6 times. We couldnt get through. You eventually contacted us. Thanks. However we were charged 15Euros for the service of merely ringing out even tho' we never made contact!!! |

Cordiality and helpfulness of the staff at the reception desk; comfort of room; and well-appointed bathroom. (The only problem I recall is that, if not very careful with the shower curtain, a good deal of water can run out on the bathroom floor.) |
