Hotel Moderno is a comfortable and cozy establishment located in Pontassieve, 25 minutes by train from the center of Florence. L'accueil, la beauté de l'hotel et le buffet du petit déjeuner trés copieux. Hotel trés bruyant. On entend ce qui se passe dans les chambres d'à coté. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs le matin et le soir. Les canalisations et les chasses d'eau font beaucoup de bruit, cela nous réveille la nuit. Les repas ne sont pas à la carte. Les tarifs des repas et des boissons vendu au bar ne sont pas afficher.

Vicino alla stazione dei treni per arrivare in men che non si dica a Firenze. Perosnale garbato e riservato, pulitissima e caldissima la stanza. Due soli appunti, colazione assolutamente non in linea con le sue 4 stelle. Dotazioni bagno davvero ridicole.

Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e gentile, sia alla reception che nella sala da colazione. La camera era pulita è con aria condizionata (importante, siccome faceva caldo), e anche il posto - Pontassieve - è molto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Firenze. Mi sono trovata sullo stesso piano di un gruppo numeroso di turisti, che è stato abbastanza rumoroso nel corridoio fino a tardi e poi da presto. Capisco che l'albergo - come tanti altri - voleva rendere la pulizia più facile mettendo tutti insieme, ma il disturbo era previdibile ed evitarlo sarebbe stato facile.

La cortesia dello staff, Il pargheggio e la comodità per gli spostamenti. Ricevendo gruppi organizzati non riesce a controllare i comportamenti degli ospiti che sono piuttosto rumorosi a tutte le ore della notte. La colazione scarsa nella varietà.
