Proximity to railway station and centre of town.

Staff, one member of reception in particular, was the rudest man I came across in Europe. Leaving the hotel on day one for dinner, just outside a gentleman had fallen smashing his head on the stone pillar, bleeding profusely from the head, fitting and choaking. my farther started to administer first aid, whilst I ran back into the hotel to get them to call and ambulance. I interrupted the staffer at reception, ask him to call and ambulance he then told me I could you the phone to call one myself or wait my turn as he was busy. I don't speak Italian so this was not a option however he just chose to ignore me. I shocked me the someone that works in the hospitably industry could simly ignore a request to help another that is in a life threating condition

Breakfast was varied and offered grat cafe. The room was big and spacious for four people.

Confortin for 4 people

Staff friendly and efficient Handy location by bus and train station and rooms sound proof, never heard a thing. Restaurant fine for breakfast but not really appealing for dinner. Luckily Genoa has many excellent places to eat

I stayed just overnight on my way from Florence to Nice by train, so chose this hotel because of its location right across the street from Genova Brignole train station. I did not visit any Genova tourist sites so don't know if hotel is convenient for this. WiFi connection was in the lobby only. I had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant on 1st floor, and breakfast there was also very good.

Central location

The flush pipes makes a lot..a lot of noise.

The parking costs 15 euro.

we are family with 3 little childrens, and the room we got was perfect for us. the braekfast is very good and the hotel has a very good location.

the only problem is the parking, but you can find a public one next to the hotel

The room was to warm,wasn't easy to sleep like that. Breakfast very poor,the waiters are not looking for customer needs.The american coffee wasn't warm. This hotel have 4 stars but they deserve 2 or maximum 3 stars. Was no possible to pay with foreign credit card,and this in a 4 stars hotel it's unacceptable.

The hotel is very well and near the center of the city. It takes about 15 minutes to Porto Antico by foot. Very good breakfasts and service.

WIFI works only on the first floor and with long breaks. But you can use cable internet in your room, the speed is quite good.

The hotel located in a very verty. Ad place. The people from the hotel were very in plesent and almost rude. We really regrat taken that over prised room and getting that! 4 stars ?!?!?!?! More like 4 Stones.

The room was very small and dark and the tv had no English channels except for the news

The staff at reception were so welcoming - we had a late check in and they couldn't be more helpful. They even held our bag for a few extra days for us to help us rather than having to haul it over to the left luggage at the training station. A really nice staff team and very nice hotel. You couldn't find a safer or better spot. less than 1 min walk away from the train station and central bus terminus - perfect!

Impersonal, more suited to business clients than families, parking very expensive 21 euro, stayed two nights and was still charged three full days for parking (when only there for two hour the one day)

Good location, nice old American style, beautiful elevator, good and various breakfast.

Hightly unfriendly staff at the reception desk (man). Wi-fi is available only near the reception, which is quite uncomon for moderns hotels. Generally hotel seens nice, however, at the same time, looks a little bit old-fashioned and furniture needs for renovation
