lack of evening menu
Fantastic staff, excellent breakfast, clean, great location.
All else was great, location, staff, lobby and breakfast room and it helped that they could call a car to pick us up from the airport at 55 Euros.
I would have liked it if the mattress had a mattress cover, and if the pillows were feather. Also free internet would have been much preferred rather than paying 10 Euros a day which is a lot. Also, they served breakfast only until 10:00 and on vacation we tended to sleep later, and would appreciate a 10:30 finish to breakfast.
Location and the front desk staff. The breakfast was very good and the price is right
We would definitely recommend this to friends. Great location and quiet. Around the corner literally from all the action. Great stay.
Staff was very helpful on directions. Breakfasts were great. Location was perfect.
The peoples who in reception all of them is very friendly and kinds
Decor in common areas, patio, and hotel help with reservations and directions
Super location, attention to detail, helpful staff, nice breakfast room and choice
Lack of wi-fi in rooms and noisy neighbours with flip flips on the stairs!
Everything was perfect
Good location in terms of distance from attractions although on a dingy back street
Breakfast was restaurant leftovers, a bowl of peas, carrots and uncooked potatoes On leaving staff tried to get us to use their private car for 55 euros when we could get a taxi for 30 Walls were very thin, could hear people coming back late and a baby crying
Excellent small hotel, extremely well located in the centre of Rome, with very friendly and efficient English speaking staff. The breakfast was very good and we also had a very nice lunch there on the day of our arrival. The free wi-fi in the lobby worked well.
Good location. Excellent breakfast. Very nice communal areas and lovely, helpful staff.
Rooms a bit basic compared to the other areas. There was free Wifi in reception otherwise there was a charge, the only hotel I came across in 9 of the same standard.
The location was fantastic, near the metro and within walking distance of lots of places of interest. Comfortable room and lounge with good wifi. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.
The terrace which was very pretty was a bit grubby no one had cleaned it up from the night before so we had our drinks with old cigarette butts. The cost of our drinks was over the top - especially given the quality and quantity of them. They could capitalise on this terrace a bit more.
Fabulous location, very helpful staff and very clean hotel.Returning soon with friends. Rudely awakened by workmen in building next door very early in the morning but hotel staff responded immediately and heard no more noise for the rest of our stay.
Rooms next to the elevator can be a little noisy with guests leaving the hotel early in the morning. However for the price this hotel cannot be beaten!
Centrally located but in a quiet street. Close to spanish steps, fountain di trevi and main shopping. Really Helpful staff especially young girl. She was wonderful. Great wi fi downstairs.
We were happy with everything but would have appreciated wi fi in bedroom.
Great location. Pretty quiet. Good breakfast. Very nice and helpful.
Very nice, clean little hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Elena at the reception that went the extra mile for us to call airport baggage deposit, trying to find currency exchange ... Thank you Elena and thank you Modigliani
The hotel and our room were very clean and the location was perfect: only a few minutes of walk away from the Spanish Steps on a quiet street. Hotel also had a pleasant little court yard with a few tables and chairs. Breakfast was decent.
The tiny room was somewhat Spartan with a hard mattress that started to sag. One synthetic-filled, firm pillow for each person: if that's not what you like, good luck getting a good night sleep. The bedding was not very nice and the small towels in the bathroom looked like napkins. The two simple chairs were not comfortable to sit on. Free WiFi was advertised but in fact was not available in the rooms, only in the lounge, and the connection was quite slow. Once I asked for an iron and board, and was told that ironing was not permitted in the rooms.
Clean rooms, friendly, accommodating staff, good location near the Spanish steps, good breakfast and very nice breakfast area.
Small room, very small bathroom and tiny shower (2.5ft x 2.5 ft), The website is misleading apparently depicts their best room. The room was very noisy! The doors and walls are paper thin. Noise from other guests in hall and their rooms was annoying. Noise from a/c was also annoying. Earplugs are required for sleeping. WiFi was only free in common areas. They charged Euro 10 / day for WiFi access in room. Again, the website suggests that WiFi is included free, as it was in each of the other 4 hotels and B&B that we stayed at in Italy. The views from the room were disappointing.
Andrea was exceptional, but all of the staff were friendly and helpful. It felt like a home in the midst of the city. We met some interesting guests hanging out in the very comfortable and personal lobby area. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the location was amazing.
The beds weren't terribly comfortable and bathroom.
Location was in the city center. The staff was responsive. They answered all of our emails before we arrived in a timely fashion. Once there they really tried to make our stay enjoyable and helped us with every request.
Little hike up a hill from the piazza Barberini below but minor inconvenience.
Good Location convenient quiet and good staff
Very Small shower - good job we were not overweight!
Great location near Spanish steps and other sights, fantastic breakfast, wifi in lobby
I loved the decor, the location, the friendly staff, the breakfast. Totally recommend this hotel as a great find in Rome.
Wifi in room could be free ,same as it is in the lobby.
