low cost, comfortable room, shuttle to vatican location is very poor for tourists. local train station, "gemelli", is dark & dangerous. this area is "blocked" from the rest of Rome by a nature preserve - you MUST take train, taxi, or bus to leave.

Room was clean, that's good! The question with extra bed for children was solved immediately, without any trouble, so the speed of staff is also good! Didn't like that on check-in we were told that shuttle bus is for free, but when we checked-out they want to charge us 4 EUR for the ride. I refused to pay and took train!

Interconnected rooms without any noise isolation, you live practically together with your neighbour. Very poor breakfast. Internet practically not functioning. Rooms need refurbishment. rooms' without any noise isolation, poor breakfast, internet not functioning, old furniture, staff not especially competent

I was able to change dollars into euros !!!!! The help from front desk staff was very good. Dining facilities were not as good as I would have preferred. A little too far away from city.

We had a nice meal in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival. We were travelling with our nephew, 14 years old. Management stated that for both nights, all services would be blocked to his room (such as pay TV) as he was a minor. It was not done and he subsequently was able to use a pay-movie multimedia service, which was rather shocking. Besides the embarrassment it caused, it put a damper on the end of an otherwise good holiday in Italy. (We had stayed at different hotels every night for 7 days!) The Marriott was our last. Roomwise, We were put in a smoking room on a non-smoking floor. I also found the balconies to be very disappointing, with dirty aging planters containing dead plants!!

Da qualidade do atendimento, disposição do quarto e localização para meu evento e também a facilidade de acesso . Sim, a ducha de banho . Simplesmente horrorosa. Não faz jus a qualidade do hotel. Precária e com pouquíssimo volume de água.

Chambre trés confortable . Personnnel et services de trés bonne qualité. Assez éloigné du centre ville mais navette payante compensant cet inconvénient. Le bruit de la ventilation générale qui se met en service à partir de 6h30 jusqu'à 22h peut réveiller si on a le sommeil léger.

Offre diverse comodita', come per esempio la navetta per il centro. Le camere sono grandi ed hanno il terrazzo. Gli spazi accessori sono sufficientemente spaziosi ! In assenza di offerte speciali ( delle quali ho usufruito) le tariffe sono alte
