The location is convenient, although the access to the hotel might be improved. The style of the building is impressive

The staffs were friendly but disappointing from a professional point of view (we almost missed our flight back home because of wrong information provided by the concierge about the transportation services) The extra service provided for the room price were non-existent (it is the first time I book in a hotel of this category and have to pay an extra for breakfast). We could not enjoy any of the special features of the hotel, such as the panoramic terrace, since everything was closed but for the clients who had booked overpriced New Year extras Generally speaking, not good value for money enough.

location is good There is free shuttle every 15 min to San Marco (very comfortable) Rooms are nice ,comfortable

Absolutely Nothing to comment as didnt like it.

Pathetic Shower area / pathetic size and type of Bath Tub. Pathetic wc height very akward. No complimentary water bottles in room on daily basis. Losuy menu and nothing good enough for vegeterian lovers. Lousy space and seating arrangements in Lobbby area. In room no Wi-fi , so in room pay and connect broadband and if you are outside room and wish to use internet / email on laptop again pay for wi-fi connections. Honestly feel cheated for found no value for money. Cost towards Ironing is patheically high too for regular service and express service. Didnt even feel like complaining or talking to front desk / manager and was stuck same time at Molina Stucky Hilton hotel due to conference I was attending. Was so glad to get out. Not even a basic fruit / news paper service in room. Thanks but no thanks for offering a room with all above issues for going thru booking.com. Will be careful to use services of booking.com as probably I may have got worse room for booking online thru booking.com

best hotel in venice by far

The quiet location but the M.stucky launch was excellent if it had no complimentary transport to the main area I would not want to stay there,

I thought the prices for meals where a little on the high side and didn.t like a cover charge to eat in the hotel as we are guests why should you pay a cover charge.

The space - at a premium in Venice. The fact that one overlooked Venice from across the Giudecca Canal, therefore no feeling of being 'hemmed in' - which can happen in this unique city.

Bedroom decor a bit dated, for a hotel which only opened 5 years ago. However that's just being fussy

We have travelled all over the world and have never loved any hotel as much as the Molino Stucky in Venice.The staff are so impressive-so courteous and helpful,the food is absolutely outstanding,our room was stunning and of course the location is breathtaking.

this hotel, should be range more than 3 stares, and never to be on it agibe never nerver never ,, very poor hotel and away from main attractions

Lovely hotel with great views over the city with a stunning swimming pool. Room was great and of a good standard.

The price of all food and drinks was quite simply ridiculous and more expensive than Saint Marks Square, and as the hotel was a little cut off from the main area of restuarents, etc made things a little incovenent so much so we had to wait for the first shuttle ferry boat in the morning to go and have breakfast, or pay 30 euros for a bowl of corn flakes ! Toasted ham sandwich 14 euros and that was cold ! 9 Euros for a glass of milk !!! So beware

Very good, friendly, helpful, polite and courteous hotel staff.

The attention to detail. Stuff were always polite and happy to hekp with your enquiries.

Timing of shuttle buses during busy times needs to be looked at.

The hotel is very nice in nice location ideal for business and Venice sighseeing. Nice roof garden pool and bar. The shuttle service to S Marks square is very convenient and free of charge.

The hotel staff is lousy. Housekeeping is slow. Our room wasnt cleaned until 2:00 p.m. although we were out since 9:00 and the cleaner forgot to put bath towels. Consierge didint know the shcedule of Alilaguna to the airport although he had in front of him the printed schedule , and I suspected he wanted to convince me to get a taxi at € 100,00 to get commission. The waiter at lunch forgot to serve me food ! Reception sevice was very good though.
