Excelente ubicación, bellas instalaciones, excelente Restaurant para cenar y buen servicio en las habitaciones La alfombra de las habitaciones estaba manchada, de aspecto sucio, no acorde con la calidad del Hotel. En el Sky Bar el servicio es malo y poco profesional |

Personal muy amable, hablan varios idiomas. Habitación grande y cómoda. Buen servicio de transporte al centro de Venecia Wi-fi de pago, bastante caro! hay hoteles mucho mas sencillos que lo ofrecen de cortesía, mientras aquí se paga bastante, y encima hay que pagar extra por todo.Lo mismo el gimnasio. Los servicios de masaje es normal que los cobren, pero el precio es excesivo. |

Las instalaciones son magnificas, el personal muy amable y los servicios son muy buenos aunque le faltaba algun pequeño detalle para un hotel de esta clategoría. El transporte hasta S.Marcos es gratuito y funcionaba a la perfección. El precio de los extras es un poco caro. |

Luxurious, very clean and well designed, good position in Venice excellent service by all staff, all facilities catered for, excellent bars and catering,free boat service to and from the city Being in a room below the rooftop bar and although not disturbed by noise we were by chairs being moved and people walking about. |

The room and hotel were fantastic! We had a great breakfast! They had the complimentary water shuttle to the shopping and eating areas that was very convenient. Our air in our room was not working good-----they offered to move us but it was late and we were exhausted so we opted to stay in the original room. |

The hotel is definitely a luxury as it has a look of its own which stands out from the rest of the city with its location. Has a very comfortable shuttle service to St. Marks Square which is the main spot of Venice city and has connections to all the other locations. The buffet breakfast was very good in terms of options and attending staff. The Concierge desk is EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD....I never had such a great experience and satisfaction from any such desk from hotels all around the world. Staff is all very good and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was not very satisfactory. The housekeeping was not good at their services too. |

i liked the fact that it had a rooftop pool and the views were great. they had their own shuttle waterbusright outside. even though it was very busy it was very well organised breakfast etc and tours coming in. and always someone at hand to help you. |

The Hotel, the room, the breakfast, the swimming pool on the roof and the spa. The shuttle boat to St Mark place can accomodate only 40 people which means that if there is no space for you, you have to wait for an hour for the next one. Maybe it would be good to increase the boat frequency to minimise the wait to half-an-hour. But overall, it is all good. |

Location was wonderful - away from all the crowds of Venice. Shuttle boat was convenient. It was great to quickly "escape" back to Guideca Island after a crazy day of sightseeing in Venice. Spa was great. Therapists are very well trained and accommodating. Restaurant Aromi was excellent!! (Adults only, no kiddos). Rooftop pool has an amazing view of Venice. In our first set of connecting rooms (waterview), one of the TV's didn't work. Not necessarily a deal-breaker, but the movies are a nice thing to have for the kids during down time. Reception was unable to remedy this (after several attempts), nor were they able to move us - hotel was full. We were able to change rooms on the 2nd night. This time we had rooms next to each other, not connecting. Rooms in this hotel are somewhat small for what you would expect from a 5 star American hotel chain. Only other restaurant at the hotel for kids was in the lobby. Service was very slow and super expensive (28 Euros for a hamburger). Fortunately there are some wonderful resaurants down the street that are much more reasonable. |

Everything. modern hotel. confortable and large room, pleasant and helpfull staff. the rooftop swimming pool with a great view to venice. great breakfast. shuttle short trip (15 min) to st marks square. the only small problem is the shutlle service, which is limited to st marks square, and has limited places. if it's full, you don't go. but there are 2 vaporetto stations very close which can be a good alternative. And there are more frequent shutles to zattere, which is 15-20 min walking from st marks square. |

This is a wonderful hotel very close to San Marco / Venice do not hesitate to book - The concierge was amazing and rooms were small for american stds but one of the largest we stayed in while in europe The shuttle service was not frequent enough - buy a vaporetto pass the vaporetto stop is 3 min from hotel |

Very nice hotel for Venice, luxury rooms and facilities. The skyline bar has a great view at night. Hotel shuttle is good as well. Got the executive level rooms with free breakfast and the lounge, would definitely reccomend, the view from the room was fab. |
