Set near the Grand Canal in the peaceful Cannaregio district of Venice, UNA Hotel Venezia is a 5 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.
Score from 463 reviews Wonderful
Antico Panada dates back to 1889. It is in 2 historic buildings, 100 ft from Saint Mark's Square. The air-conditioned rooms feature refined furniture, and Murano lamps.
Score from 2329 reviews Good

Score from 771 reviews Very good
Loved the location especially with shuttle service provided. Good quality hotel. Lovely views and breeze at roof top bar and pool area. Would stay again and certainly recommend.
Pillows too soft for my liking and no pillow menu
Fab location. Great shuttle service. Gorgeous gorgeous.
No free wifi except in communal areas.
Nice view from the roof top bar and pool, reasonable price.
Overpriced mediocre food, poor service, lacking basic amenities such as an iron in the room, no complementary water in room, executive lounge was a waste of time, gym was basic at best.
Almost nothing to complain.
No wifi in the room.
The hotel is well situated, away from the city, but the shuttle gets you there easily. Shuttle crew not the happiest of people . Room and service good. Breakfast good.a nice place to stay.
THE POSITION (AWAY FROM THE MADDING CROWD)WAS EXCELLENT HOTEL ITSELF FOR SUCH A LARGE COMPLEX ADEQUATE
THE SHUTTLE SERVICE SUPPLIED BY THE HOTEL IS A DISGRACE AND NOT A SERVICE AT ALL .THE SHUTTLE HOLDS 38 PASSENGERS RUNS ONCE AN HOUR AND SERVICES 400 ROOMS.WE NEVER MANAGED TO CATCH IT EVER ALWAYS FILLED.GET THE PROBLEM FIXED.IT CAUSED CONSTANT ARGUMENTS BETWEEN GUESTS,HOTEL STAFF AND THE RUDE SHUTTLE DRIVERS.
Very spacious and easy to access from Water taxi. Room luxurious and classy
Was so exited to finaly be able to bath, but the bathplug didn't seal and had diffivulty keeping water in the tub. Bathroom is spacious, but tub extremely narrow .
location staff clean brakfast pool area sky bar view
Staff were excellent, we got access to the executive lounge for free on arrival for the duration of our stay; so free drinks, snacks all day and breakfast in the morning. Free water taxi to St. Marcos Sq. which is a bonus. Lovely building with a lot of history and excellent facilities. Room was very nice although pillows a little soft for me. Views from the roof top bar and swimming pool are incredible and worth booking this hotel for this alone! Much recommended
Wi-fi is awful at 20 Euros a day?! Very expensive considering most places Wi-fi is free!
Most non cooperative staff at restaurants and quite arrogant in behaviour. Hotel is quite good except staff attitude.
The staff attitude specially who were manning the morning breakfast. They were lost and quite arrogant.
-Breakfast was good -Free shuttle is a good service
- rude staff (really disappointed) - The hot water was not working in the bathroom..the technision came to repair it and it took him 30mints to fix it and all the water came on the floor..it was a nightmare...!! -Location is very hard to reach at night
Free water taxi to hotel. Excellent roof top pool for a Venice hotel. Free Wi-Fi in public areas.
Hotel staff are very friendly. Great views - better to be looking onto Venice than to be staying on the main island with no view.
Everything is massively overpriced. Beware, the pool is not heated.
Boat shuttle to Venice was extremely disappointing. I would never use this hotel again - it simply does not run often enough and the boat drivers are very rude and confrontational with guests. We were left stranded three times after waiting for the boat in the blazing sun and we ended up waiting a further hour and some guests even longer. Room was a suite with view but extra bed was pull-out coach which was cranky with thin foam mattress. Kitchenette had no facilities (kettle etc) or cutlery. Executive Lounge was small and disappointing - had run out of tea and we were ushered to normal lounge. Pool area is crammed - very few chairs and one poor waitress did her best.
- The pool was lovely -
- If you book a 5 star hotel you can at least be expected that the boat shuttle would be on time. You interrupt your walk to be on time for the shuttle and then it turns out that the shuttle does not go to the specified destination.- For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast room was a bit on the ridiculous side. Four separate dining rooms that are not invited to a pleasant breakfast. Queuing to get a table does not even appear in a 3 star hotel. - Actually, 22 euros for 2 apperols is a bit too much.
Breakfast Nice bed
We found cockroach in the room and when informed to the reception they said "sorry".. Pool was not clean
The hotel was beautiful. The room was large & comfortable. The view (from the side) was beautiful. The free water shuttle was nice.
The hotel room itself was a bit pricey but nothing compared to the restaurant. You had to pay a 3 Euro cover charge per person just to eat in the restaurant. This is in the center of the lobby so you aren't paying for a "view". My husband & I each ordered a ham & cheese sandwich (came with a few pickled veggies & chips), my husband had a glass of wine & I had a coke & the bill was 67 Euros! We paid for a room with view thinking that meant we would be facing the water - wrong. It was a side room so you could see down the waterway & across if you leaned.
Was far from the traffic and noise The breakfast was very good.
Internet was so expensive The cleaning was not that good Food for room service bring for us a wrong order and charge me for it
Big hotel located on a quiet peaceful island away from tourist flock. Very clean and most staff helpful. Free shuttle service that makes travelling very easy and quick. Stunning looking hotel.
Food overpriced and not great. Rooftop swimming pool is very small, on many occasions I went to swim and had to leave as if more than 10 people are in the pool you cant really move around. On arrival no staff to take my bags up. Some staff seemed quite rude and not approachable. No wifi in rooms and most things on television cost money, so I basically didn't have the tv on at all.
Very unkind staff;they tend to avoid eye contacts let alone saying hello when met
Great Location, fabulous rooftop pool and bar, room with scenic view of canal, friendly staff, great decor and history of renovating building
Disappointed with breakfast room and breakfast, also executive area was poor and slightly cramped
This hotel is lovely with many great things to enjoy. The free shuttle into the main bits of Venice are really valuable.
I did not like being offered to buy an upgrade as soon as I was stepping into the hotel that cost as much as the room I had booked. The made me feel as if I wasn't getting a good deal by not upgrading. Also, its a very large hotel with many guests staying and the facilities like the pool area and gym are not build for that number. So that takes some of the joy out of using these.
Nice big rooms, beautiful building. fantastic views from bar area on rooftop. Good breakfast selection.
Expensive!!!!!. Charging €20 for WiFi a day in 2014 feels like sharp practice for a €200 a night hotel as does €6 for water and none provided free in room. €16 for a cocktail and €8 for a small beer. Leftover cheese left in mini bar from previous occupant. Shuttle service quite heavily subscribed in summer and many people left waiting for the next boat at Zatterre.
