the bed was amazing, we are now on the hunt for something similar. The sky bar and Long Island ice teas, best I've ever had
the bar prices but what do you excpect
Comfort of the bed, nice staff, amazing breakfast.
Very friendly staff Regular shuttle service Great location Great Food Would still recommend even with minor the negatives
No free wifi in rooms Had to pay for TV No robes
1.located on an island and need to commute by water taxi or bus. different way to experience the city 2.big comfortable room and great breakfast supply
Bed, room size, bathroom, location
Long waiting rows at check in, very slow and arrogant employees, there was a public transport strike which hilton did not mention on their site, they left us standing on other side of water as hilton did not think it was required to arrange extra personell so that their boats could contain more travellers. In the end paid 100 euro extra for a boat taxi! Room was also not clean, toothpaste spots of previous guest still in bathroom. Simply far overpriced, bad.... no very bad service and this hotel caused me having a bad taste of my venice trip. I also complained at hotel (of course did not do anything) and also i will complain by letter. Dont go here!! I stay in hiltons a lot and also other brands like Marriott.... this probably was the last time hilton!
This was the best stay on our Honeymoon Trip through Italy. It is well worth getting access to executive lounge. Free happy hour that I deamed "Magic Hour". The price for this hotel is worth every penny. As you know you will be paying lots of money for water taxis. They provide free of charge a water taxi that runs every 20 minutes to all the tourist spots. Had a great experience here!
Correspondence on how to get to the hotel initially. Wish the free shuttle ran to the train station, and or airport.
The hotel was lovely and clean.
Very disappointed that in spite of an email to the hotel in advance they claimed that they didn't get it or if they did they only got a few characters therefore never noted my request. Very disappointing
Terrible odour in the corridors.
Location, bed, breakfast.
Wi-Fi is to pay... no slippers in the room, only by request... no bathrobe, only towels... there was not "do not disturb" sign in the room... at our arrival reservation through booking.com was not done, and after we sent our confirmation it was inserted wrongly... I was really expecting more from an "institution" of the hospitality industry as Hilton...
great spot to relax after our 12 day cruise...also very handy for water bus...great location...and water bus to airport.... great breakfast as well.
did not spend much time there..too busy walking around the city..only slept there...
The location of the hotel, the staff, cleanliness, comfort. The complimentary water taxi
Not being able to use the wi-fi inside the rooms (unless you pay for it)
We liked the room size and the discounted price was a relief. Quite room and the breakfast was great.
Bathroom wasn't upto Hilton standard and we called the cleaning staff who didn't want to do anything about, then left.
The location and free shuttle to Venice island
The food was horrible. It felt like a convention hall.
Location only and the staff
Not clean, old, bad smell, croweded, no free wifi
Location Roof top bar & pool Free shuttle to San Marco
Setting, building itself.
Room was issued to us not made up completely and not totally cleaned, no towels, dirty drawers with materials from last guests, clearly a mistake. Pool out a month to early for Canadians.
The room with a view was stunning. Very comfy bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again
The price of drinks and food was way too expensive. Just buy your drinks somewhere else and eat out.
Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet room. I liked the slightly higher level of isolation that comes from not being on the main island.
Prices very high for coffee and snacks. It was cumbersome at times shuttling back and forth to the main island, but the shuttle runs very frequently.
Loved the roof top bar and the restaurant outside on the water. Bedroom and bathroom very nice. Great blowdryer and makeup mirror unlike most hotels.
Internet is very costly
The room was lovely with a superb view of the lagoon- delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff
Slight inconvenience because of location but would still stay there again in the future
Very friendly staff and nice food good customer service.
The air con only had one setting - cold. The bar staff take very long to serve you and even longer to bring you the bill. Walls are a but too thin so if your neighbour desides to wake up and use the hair drier at 6am it's bad news.
Location is excellent. Free shuttle to main island can't be beat. Very helpful staff.
A bit pricey but at this time of year, any good hotel in Venice is expensive.
Please note that the swimming pool is CLOSED from the 27th august. Nowhere was it mentioned during the booking process. The hotel is very large and nice. The rooms are spacious and nicely done.
The location is a bit odd. Although very close its still the other side of Grand Canal and you always depend on the timetable of the boat. Nothing much around the hotel. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi is NOT free. You have to pay 20 euro per person to use it which is strange for 5 star hotel
