the position, close to the railway station the hotel does not classify on any standards as a 3 star hotel. heating was broken and we found hair on the bathroom tub |

Staff was very helpful. They put my medication in the refrigerator for me. Because of construction on the road in front of the hotel, it was difficult to access. |

Proximity to station, town and exhibition centre Poor access over unmade pavement. Had to walk through lots of people hanging around outside McDonalds and Blockbuster - a bit unnerving. |

Proximity to the train station No a/c so open window was needed. Plenty of outdoor ambient noise such as traffic and noisy people. For $85, breakfast was not included. A small bowl of stale cereal, 2 small cups of orange juice and yogurt cost 6 Eus. This is a perfect example of the grab all you can, while you can thinking. I expected better for the money or would have chosen a cheaper rate. I did not have access to the printer |

The staff was very kindly and helpful.It very close to train station, for a trip to Venice by train is very conveniently. The bus station is near the hotel, easy to arrive in downtown. Our room does not have refrigerator. |

Comfortable bed, handy location Breakfast was not impressive, could not find any cold milk for the cereal. On two out of the three mornings I stayed there, the toiletries in my room were not replaced and I ended up washing my hair in soap. |

La cortesia e la disonibilità del personale, ho soggiornato a mantova in un albergo a quottro stelle e dopo solo due notti per disperazione sono andata via sia per la scortesia del personale sia per i confort delle stanze. L' hotel Monaco mi sembrava una reggia e la stanza una suite se poi parliamo di prezzi il paragone non sussiste. Grazie il servizio che offrite e per i prezzi che proponete. |

personale molto disponibile. caldo in camera. colazione non inclusa nel prezzo (6 eur!!!!) e soprattutto di pessima qualità (specialmente il caffè). La zona della stazione (non è però colpa dell'hotel) è un po' pericolosa la sera. |

la situacion del hotel es lo mejor, puedes ir a cualquier sitio sin tener que usar autobuses, y puedes volver al hotel en cualquier momento el olor en la habitación. Y el desayuno para cobrar 6 euros es muy sencillo |
