Location of the hotel and interior design are very good. Food and service were of high quality too. Cosmetics supply in bathroom had very good quality as well. The tv set is outdated hence the quality of tv signal was very poor for many channels. Remote device for tv also deteriorated. Bathroom - absence of body lotion, which is strange as it is typical for 4star hotels to supply these as well. |

Courteous reception and all desk-personell (concierge). Also very friendly restaurant staff. How wonderfull to sit at the terrace at night and see the Venetian world go by (in boats, gondolas). Lovely very fresh high standard continental breakfast on the terrace. Superb! |

The hotel was beautifully appointed and easily reached by water taxi. The reception staff were all very efficient and our rooms were ideal for a short stay away. My only comment would be that the annexe (were we stayed) is quite a bit further than the 50 metres from the main building, as described. Arriving late in the evening and winding our way down side roads was a bit of a pain, but the staff and the comfort of the room more than made up for this little inconvenience |

What a surprise when we arrived after an overn-night journey that the hotel was as lovely as it is. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is central to St. Mark's Square. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to stay in a charming hotel and on the canal. |

The hotel was in a great location and had wonderful views. The hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful overlooking the grand canal. They should offer a little more for breakfast instead of just bread and coffee. |

nice hotel, be ready that breakfast consists of drinks, some bread, butter and jam. Eggs, fruit, etc are extra, prices are quite high ae everywhere in Venice. |

Breakfast (or dinner) on the canal-fronting terrace is a most attractive feature of the main section of this well-located hotel whose room rates reflect its advantages. Our room was furnished for effect at the expense of utility. |

the front of house staff. Nicola at reception was very helpful with directions and theater tickets.The central location. The terrace . Our room with fab bathroom and balcony. I think the breakfast should have been more substantial either a buffet which I do not like ,or a la carte included in the price.. |

It is a very beautiful and elegant hotel, even if you stay in the other building the room is quite good and spacious. Breakfast with a wonderful view to Grand Canal. |

The staff were friendly and made sure that I was taken care of. The concierge at the site that I stayed at was very friendly and very helpful. I also enjoyed the views of the canal especially on my last morning where I had breakfast on the terrace. I was disappointed that breakfast (which was already included in the price of the accomodation) only covered tea/coffee, bread and croissants. Everything else was charged for as an extra, it would have been good if I could book a room without breakfast so that I could have made my own choices of whether I wanted breakfast at the hotel or elsewhere. |

The location of the hotel was really a good pick and the breakfast terrace had a nice view of the grand cannal. The rooms were neatly restored and decorated...and the view of the terrace was great and it is closeness to the vaporetto station not to mention that u do not need to carry your bags over one tiny bridge... The breakfast was kind a lower then the hotels standarts. And u can get lost in the labyrinth like corridors to get to our room a simple floor plan by the elevators would do ... |

Très bel emplacement, personnel très professionnel, propreté impeccable, très belle salle de bains, . refait à neuf recemment semble t il. Au prix de 130 Euro la chambre c était parfait. Malgrè le double vitrage la proximité du grand canal reste bruillante si vous souhaitez dormir le matin . c est identique dans tous les autres hotels |
