A quiet and relaxing place to stay with friendly staff,well designed and furnished restaurant serving good food and a menu suitable for all tastes.The wellness center is a huge advantage to this property and again,good and polite mannered staff with a very professional attitude. On the downside,two things really need to be said:The room temperature is set at 24 degrees,you can adjust the temperature but for too short a time before it kicks back up automatically to 24 degrees,much too hot to try and get a good restful sleep,I woke up sweating each night of my stay.The second point,a car is essential to make your way there as train/bus stations are too far away. |

silent and clean rooms, clean pool area, excellent restaurant near by, it`s called al monastero, shuttle service to arena di verona, booked in the hotel due to very poor management. It was a desaster! We got upgraded room, the hotel said. But the picture of the booked room showed a very large room. The junior suite we got, consist of 2 smaller rooms. High quality rooms that look really really great! The fact that it is a small hotel with few guests.......and personal service.......made it special. The whole design of the hotel is very congruent and luxurious. The service in the Monastero restaurant was outstanding.........and secured a top rating of the staff from us. One employee at the reception was either very shy or just in a rather bad mood the 2 days we were there. I think she had a language problem that made her hesitate........but I am not sure. A hotel of this quality of course needs to have employees with good language skills and a smile on their face ! Most did! Other than this small issue.......everything was really perfect! :) |

Very tranquil setting, attention to detail in everything. Fabulous spa, The owners are really lovely and give a very personal service Beaware that you are not in a resort or near to Lake Garda but after a day sightseeing around the lake it is really nice to come back to somewhere so peaceful |

The hotel was lovely and as it was only just over 6 months old everything was bright and beautiful. Our suite was superb. The staff could not have been more helpful and their english was much better than our non exsitant italian. The food in the separate restaurant within the grounds was excellent. Both the indoor and outdoor pools and the spa areas were lovely and kept clean at all times. We went to Venice for the day, and required an early breakfast. This was not available. Only half the buffet was ready at 7:30am and we couldn't get a cooked breakfast as there was no chef till 8:00am. We were disappointed by this. |

We were apparently the first English people to stay there and the staff were lovely. The rooms are a fantastic size. The pool looks lovely (too cold to try) but there is an indoor one and the spa was very nice. We hope to take the children back there in the summer. The beds are a little hard, maybe more choice for breakfast or the possibility of toast, scrambled eggs with bread is just not the same :-). |

Suiten großzügig gestaltet, schöner Aussenbereich, gutes Wellness-Angebot, top Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis Haupteingang schwer zu finden :-), an Wochenenden empfiehlt es sich nicht im Hotel-Restaurant zu essen, da viele Veranstaltungen (Hochzeiten, Geburtstage etc....) in dem Restaurant statt finden und der Service darunter leidet. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. |

Die Zimmer, die gesamte Hotelanlage mit Wellnessbereich und Restaurant, der gute Service, die aufmerksame Betreuung durch die Inhaber des Hotels. Das Hotel lag etwas weit entfernt vom Garda See; man mußte um zum See zugelangen das Auto benutzen. |

Die Lage etwas abseits vom See, aber mit Garten und sehr gut, um die verschiedene Golfplätze zu erreichen. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist sehr groß. Sauberkeit der Zimmer, des Wellnessbereichs und der Poolanlage fallen ins Auge. Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig. |

Das Hotel ist in einem top Zustand, riesige Zimmer - gepflegt und sauber, klasse Pool mit ausreichend Equipment (Liegen, Sonnenschirme etc.), weitläufige Grünanlage rund um den Pool, Personal engagiert und freundlich, Managerin kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste, führt gerne auch mal ein nettes Pläuschen. Das Restaurant genügt allerhöchsten Ansprüchen. Alles in allem ein geniales Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen, auch mal nur schnell über ein verlängertes Wochenende. Super! |

Zeer mooi klasse-hotel, netjes onderhouden en goed gelegen. Luxueuze en goed onderhouden kamers met zeer rustige ligging. Prachtige wellness en zeer proper zwembad, in een fraaie tuin. Een goed hotel voor koppels die willen relaxen. Jammer dat er minder faciliteiten zijn voor kinderen. Ook de menukaart in het restaurant houdt niet echt rekening met kindermondjes. |
