Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Oh, it is a lovely art filled resort and the spa is so relaxing with a perfect staff! Well, outside our room was a large wet area....it did not come into the room, but, it was squishy when we walked out or in. And, for some reason, a group of teenage girls and their parents had booked the hotel for a dance exercise....I Wish I had known, I would not have picked that weekend for a romantic weekend with my boyfriend. The restaurant, which is exceptional, was not romantic with all the giddy girls.Not the hotels fault, I realize... |

It was a clean and comfortable hotel. You could walk to the shops, beach easily. the matresses were not comfortable. too hard and the breakfast was every day the same, no fresh fruit and you had to pay extra for the orangejuice. we noticed that the staff made many hours and were tired, a lot of the china broke that week! but they were good for the guests. |

we have really enjoyed our stay here..hotelstaff is very friendly and helpful.nice room and bathroom.beautiful pool,poolside dining with excellent food.bicycles for rent so you dont need a car. vieuw on 1st floor is not nice.coming out of the room or opening the bathroom window its quite messy outside. |

nice and modern decoration and a free meal at 6:30 small room for 3 people, too expensive and you just cam stay in the area of the beach that belongs to the hotel which is really, really expensive. It doesn't worth it! |

Some staff was nice (Luca), the hotel is close to quite a few tourist spots, breakfast was OK, buffet everyday @ 6pm cleaning staff talks (screams?) in the corridors as if you're not here (not only in the afternoon but also at 8:30 am), do your room even if you ask to "not disturb", they leave your room open while cleaning it for everyone to see ... Bathroom smeled like pee, have to pay extra to get orange juice at breakfast, awaken in the middle of the night by fire alarm with no excuse next day. Overall this hotel doesnt deserve "luxury" term as in "**** Luxury". |

Totally perfect, from the minute you walk in until you leave. The rooms are large and modern and comfortable...great showers! THe facilities are wonderful! I cannot wait to go back! Just about my most favorite hotel! The restaurant is definitely one of the best I have eaten in! |

Hotel is modern and clean with facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Rooms are on the small side and not sound-proofed. You could hear people in ajoining rooms entering/ leaving their rooms etc...pool area is also cramped with the sun- beds right beside one another. |

We booked triple deluxe room, complained about the size of the room and received the answer that they have mistake on their internet site(about possible extra bads:one instead of two), but in their final invoice we saw that we were in "doppia"(double ) room (explanation again as a mistake in their software). Funny ,ha!? |

The staff were great, very kind and helpful. Lovely room, good breakfast and nice pool. Will go again once the spa and gym are open. Your website said they were opening their gym and spa in September which was the reason I chose the hotel, in fact, neither the gym nor spa will be open until December this year. Throughout our stay there were noisy building works going on nearby. |

The hotel is brand new, amazing, very clean. The Staff is very helpful and the room is awesome. The breakfast fits anyone taste. Probably the best hotel I stayed in for a long time. It's not far away from Pisa or Lucca so if you have a car, you should definitely go there. |
