This hotel is very nice and convenient to both downtown Florence and to the Airport. They also have free parking. In the room, they do not list what services they have (i.e. fitness, restaurant, business center). I found out that they do have a restaurant, but there is no sign in the elevator, or at the restaurant, or any reference to it in the room. Its located in the basement. I still do not know if they have any fitness facilities or business center. |

Good quality hotel, very clean and good service. If choosing this hotel, you have to consider the distance from the city center. Also the breakfast did not totally correlate with the price paid. |

The room is big, very well decorated, bed very confortable, excellent bathroom. The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The shuttle service works nicely. |

Location, while far from a center, suits well those traveling by car who what to use Florence as a base to see neghboring Tuscan cities, such as Voltera and San Gigminano |

The size of the room and the facilities were very good, Breakfast was good and the shuttle bus from Hotel to Train Station was very helpful. Very good value for money. The location of the Hotel was far from the attractive places in the city, but the shuttle service of the Hotel was very good plus the bus sation which was very close to the Hotel, for those who can bear the buses in Italy;-( |

Very nice hotel and very convenient to the airport. We stayed there to be close to the airport and to have easy access to sightseeing in Florence for the one day that we were there. The hotel worked well for both purposes. |

Good breakfast, nice staff, free parking which complements the location if you rent a car. There's a supermarket just at the back of the hotel, which is sweet for me. |

Hotel was on the bus route, staff directed us to restaurants in the area, sold bus tickets, knew what & where the tourist attractions were and how to get to them. I also liked the fact that there was a shuttle bus available for transportation needs. Also the staff was very curteous. |

The lifts were quiet, the room clean and comfortable, and there was an occasional free minibus into and from the main station. When we booked we thought the hotel was easily walkable from the old city - which it wasn't. |

Reception was very helpful both when we arrived and at checkout. We were upgraded by the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our night in our suite. We were so impressed with the comfort of the accommodations, we decided to use room service rather than heading out to eat and were pleasantly surprised at our tasty meal. The hotel is convenient to the Florence Airport and that was its draw for us. |

excellent and very clean hotel. furniture and bathroom very clean. not very far from centre by bus. the bus stop to the centre was outside the hotel. friendly staff. not variety in breakfast for the money the room cost. |

Nice and quiet room, bus station in front of the hotel (15 minutes to city center) very convenient, staff was very helpful. Had a really pleasant stay. Hotel shuttle service to city center wasn't really useful (to infrequent) |

The hotel is located next to the airport, so it is easy to get in and out. Also there is a bus that goes to the city. Hotel is well designed, nice atmosphere, great room, very clean, and very very comfortable bed, decent coffee in the room, breakfast was also very nice. Three other nights we staid at the hotel downtown Florence, and before leaving Tuscany stayed here. If I were to do another trip, I would not stay at the downtown hotel at all, this one is way more comfortable and will allow you to relax after a long day or museum and sight seeing. The neighborhood is somewhat sketchy compared to cleaned out touristy downtown, we even saw a homeless person, but if you are from a city, that would be just fine for you, it is not dangerous at all, just not the same feel as Florence center. However, if you take a but to the city and bus back, you wont regret staying in this hotel. Reception staff is not the most courteous and won't give you a smile, dumb I know, but I hear this is the case for many hotels. |

The hotel was clean and very up to date. The hotel is located on major street close to a bus stop to downtown Florence. They provided free parking in a lot close to the hotel. |
