El que me ha gustado más de éste hotel ha sido la limpieza. El almuerzo era buffet y todo estaba buenísimo. El personal del hotel era amable. Fue una de las mejores estancias en Italia.

A modern hotel. New furniture. Extremely clean. Loves the design of the bathroom. Great breakfast consisting of an assortment of fruits, cheeses, meats, cereals, pastries, coffees, and teas. Friendly staff though the breakfast crew could have put in more effort in taking our coffee orders. Overall, if you are looking for a quality hotel, this is it. Would definitely stay there again.

You can only get to the center city by bus which is a 15 minute ride, at most. If you're bad with directions, ask the hotel staff to direct you where the stops are, etc. If you are looking for something close to the center, this isn't for you.

good smell in corridor, comfort, clean and tidy. Staff can speak good english and helpful.

Location means a bus trip to middle of Florence for Euro 1.50 with bus stop right outside hotel......not even Locals drive into the centre.....no parking. Rooms fantastic

The room and the bathroom are big and comfort.. The breakfast is very good.. If tou travel witg a car is perfect solution as tou have Free parking for the car and the bus station is next to the emtrance of the hotel..

Front desk was very helpful. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Loved the heated towel racks.

Room on 6th floor was really hot and we were unable to adjust it. The window was difficult to open.

1) The room was clean and modern and the facilities were good. 2) The outside isolation was very good (ninth floor not the traffic side): two double windows, so no noise from the street. From inside you can hear some noise from other rooms, but ok. 3) Fast elevators.

1) The busride to the city centre (train station florence) is 10-15 minutes, which is ok for me normally on a citytrip. However, the bus is always really full which makes the busride feel longer than it really is. 2) Even though all the american breakfast ingredients are available, I think they could improve the quality a bit. Don't get me wrong, it is ok, but there is room for improvement. 3) Staff is correct, but could be a bit more helpful.

very unfriendly front desk management; WLAN Internet only for 30 min. always you need a new 30min voucher; free Internet only in the public area and very very slow! the technic is from yesterday!

Hotel room and bathroom was very clean. Towels and the sheets were changed daily. Free parking was nice and there was a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Hotel room was well furnished.

Wifi is not available at rooms. You can nonnect to internet at loby and you need to renew your wifi password every 30 minutes. Breakfast was relatively poor (rich in cakes and cookies but poor in cheese, egg etc.).

Lighting, heating, bed, bathroom, space for luggage, hair dryer. Would stay there again.

Parking outside the hotel, lack of space to park temporarily by the reception, coffee at breakfast.

The service by the front desk was so friendly and helpful. "Rita" really gave us good advice about seeing Florence and getting around. The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The price was really low for such a nice hotel. The bus service to the city center made this so convenient that we stayed an extra night so we could continue to enjoy Florence.

The upper floors get too hot with little ability to adjust the temperature.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spick and span. For the price, it was well worth it. There is a city bus just outside the hotel which can take you into Firenze historic centre in 10-15 minutes, although you can expect it to be a squeeze sometimes. Nice hotel.

It was abit difficult to get information from the staff as they don't speak very good English, especially on New Year's Eve for me. It took me 2 hours to get back to the hotel because of misinformation and vague details and I ended up tired and sick of heading back out to the city center for the New Year's Eve celebrations. Other than that, it wasn't very difficult to move around between the hotel and city. Also, there is no direct bus from the airport to the hotel. You'll need to take a bus shuttle to Santa Maria Novella station and take another bus back to the hotel. You are better off taking a taxi from the airport which saves you time and effort. Would return but definitely not on major events.

Parking lot was very small Room was cold at night and the air condition did not heat the room.

A modern building with comfortable rooms with good bus connections to the city of Florens

Nice and clean rooms, close to the airport, very confortable bed, good breakfast and an excellent quality/price ratio. Bus to the center takes 15 min and leaves just outside the door. Children playground in the park just in front of the hotel. If I come back to Florence I will stay here again for sure.

Wifi is slow and the free system they use with the 30min. Vouchers is not exactly the best. If you need to check quickly something for 5 min. And then access again 1 hour later you need another voucher.

It is a very nice hotel with good location and friendly staff. They have free parking space, near to downtown transportation. The hotel is also comfort, clean.

The breakfast is not very nice.

Good hotel, Excellent Room - very Modern, good breakfast. Bus 22 to Florence stops right outside the hotel, takes about 20 mins.
