Amazing buffet breakfast, good quality rooms, helpfull staff. It is out of town (but has a local bus stop and a free shuttle bus) and the view is currently a park in he process of being built - but the pay off is excellent quality at a good price. |

It was easy to maneuver around Florence from this location and it was our base to travel all through central Italy. We really enjoyed the hotel; accomodations were great! |

We picked this hotel purely for its convenient location near the Florence airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious comfort of our room and the friendliness of the staff, who arranged for breakfast boxes in the (very early) morning and were helpful in finding a nearby food store. There's also a nice (new) park nearby. There's a very busy road right in front, and it's not exactly a happening neighborhood. :-) |

room was spacious, bright, clean and modern. + it was very quiet which is rare in italy :) parking was full, was a struggle getting our car parked elsewhere; breakfast was a mess: tables weren't cleaned on time, and 40% of food was absent - had to literally hunt for cheese and bread... |

The room was very clean, modern, impressive. Desk staff was mostly helpful. (I was traveling with my sister, there is no adequate option for this on your survey; ie- other). The included breakfast was caos. There was not enough staff to adequatley meet the service and food needs in their dining room. When we returned from breakfast, there was a hotel maid cleaning our room. We were only staying one night, we had planned to check out within a half hour of finishing breakfast. We had not checked out yet and had to wait another half hour to even get back in the room. |

We found the hotel vey comfortable and the staff were very pleasant especialy the young waiter in the restaurant. Yes. The receptionist did not have a good grasp of English. We asked for a 5:45 wake up call which she repeated but then the call came at 4:45 a.m. this made for a very long day of travelling ahd the reason for choosing your hotel was its proximity to the airport so we could sleep longer. |

Free parking, rare to find in Florence. Good location -can be reached without extensive traffic. There is the free shuttle as well as a bus stop to the center (can buy tickets from reception). There is also a big supermarket next to the hotel. Breakfast could be better. |

Disappointed to learn on arrival that the shuttle service to Peretola airport was not available for our early am departure. Room upgrade mollified us! Breakfast bags on departure were appreciated. |
