Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt, eher hätte das Hotel noch einen Stern verdient. Es war immer sauber, überall! Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und zuvorkommend, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das nächste mal gehts wieder ins Hotel Monica:) das Frühstück war ok, der Kaffee war nicht so gut, das war aber auch das Einzigste was man bemängeln könnte. |

Personal touch from the staff who were obliging, helfpul and pleasing. It is located close to the Santa Maria Novella station and also very close to Fortezza Basso where I had a conference to attend. Also walking distance to many attractions of Florence. One evening when I returned I found the main door locked and it took awhile for someone to come down and open it. It was obviously unexpected occurence I think. |

I liked the location of the hotel - it is within short walk from the historic centre and most tourist cites. There are many small restaurants/bars on the same street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. |

Nice Staff; Large bathroom; Convenient location; Room was ready on early arrival. Ample room for three beds. Some breakfast was provided. Would recommend with disclaimers. My party had three people. Beds consisted of a pair of connected twin beds and a single bed. One of the connected beds was nearly unusable due to sagging mattress. We did not pursue with management. Shower head had a hole on top and would spray over top of stall if not held at awkward angle. Very modest breakfast. |

The Hotel was within walking distance to the Train station and the centre. Breakfasts were good but basic. Cooked breakfasts were not available.More of an observation than a complaint. |

Hotel is located 5 minutes from the main train station and is easy to find. it is also close to many restraunts and cafe's. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpfull. |

Leonardo, our host, was very friendly and accomodating. The room was comfortable and he quickly found us two more pillows. The room overlooked the courtyard below and the garden. The hotel was close to the rail station, and easily found, but far enough away to be quiet. |

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very good location for sightseeng and shopping. Everything is practically within walking distance, including the railway station. Relatively quiet place. Good value for money. Find another solution for the breakfast. |

Location was very convienent to train station. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with lots of charm. Breakfast was overcrowded and lack of selection was dissappointing. |
