WHen I next head to Florence I'll definitely be staying here. Helpful and friendly staff who were always attentive to our needs. Comfortable beds, well lit bathroom mirror and a great terrace.
The terrace was wonderful to rest and to have breakfast there. The room in general was spacious. The staff was really friendly and helpful. A value for money place.
The street side rooms were far to noisy to sleep with open window. It is a pity that the water closet was running constantly and was very noisy too! (We could not fix it!)
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was really good And close to gistoric center.
The airconditioner doesnt work very well and it was a bit hot in the room.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Located within 200 m from the train station and it makes it very convenient if u r connecting from Florence to other cities via train.
Close to everything: train station, downtown. Very friendly staff. Great small breakfast.
Personnel were very kind and they were open to give us any help we needed. Wifi was available in our room. They were also taking care about cleanness. It was close to the train station and also to the centre of the city. Near is also the supermarket. There wasn´t noise. And positive was also that we could spend time on terrace (which was primarily used for breakfast)
Breakfast was really poor. I have read other guests opinions about this hotel on internet, so I expected it won´t be something great, but it was really poor. I thing for men it will be really problem not to be hungry after them. And it was also the same during all week. It was always about - one type of ham and cheese, butter, jam and nutella, corn or oat-flakes with milk or yogurt, croissant, toast and one type of white bread. We had a room that was near the reception, which was connected to terrace where we could eat breakfast. We were afraid of noise in the morning, but we got up very early so it was ok, but it might be problem for some guests. And be aware that there are also gnats.
To noisy during the night
Good location. Close Parking garage. Overall worth the money. You get what you pay for.
The bed was terrible and uncomfortable. Breakfast coffee wasn't Italian standard.
Very friendly and helpsome landlord. We could use the hotel facilities even after having checked out. Good location in Firenze.
Internet didn't cover all the rooms.
The room was clean and nice. The hotel has a good location, close to the railway station and to the city centre. Room had airconditioning. The stuff was friendly and helpful.
Air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. Windows had no screens against the mosquitos.
Everything was extremely professional and friendly. Staff, location, facilties were all very, very good. A great choice for Florence.
Big and clean room with a good bathroom. The staff is nice and very friendly and the hotel is just five minutes from the train station. In conclusion, there is not much to say about this hotel except that it is a good value for money!!
Breakfast on the terrace Wi-fi room was clean
Parking nearby for 21 euro Poor quality of breakfast
Within easy walking distance to the station, the congress centre, and all the sights in the city centre; Nice little patio area to the back - you can have your breakfast there, or simply relax after a long day of sightseeing; Good value for money
A/C not effective for the big triple room.
Good location - walking distance from train station, close to leather market. Friendly staff
5' walk from train station. Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Good shower. Close to main turistic attractions. Close to busy nightlife area, but still quiet for a good night's rest. Simple with a fantastic cost/benefit.
Stairs. But guess it's normal in many older buildings in Europe.
OK hotel in good location near main train station. Adequate in terms of comfort, but not at all charming or otherwise interesting. Very reasonable in price, but falls into the category of "you get what you pay for".
Hotel on first (USA second) floor, with no elevator. Major effort with heavy bags - ours were not too heavy.
Very friendly service~ good breakfast~ nice room~ very close station~ good free wifi~ everything for stay in here 5 nights is wonderful!
I really enjoy to stay in this hotel. The location was great, the personal was polite and helpful, the room was clean, there wasn't noisy.
The breakfast wasn't taste, but not ugly. Also it was a little bit cold in the room.
The staff were helpful and ever smiling.
The entry doesn't give feeling of any standard of a hotel. The aisle carried smell from the toilet, the rooms were dimly lit and the air con inside the room felt like a engine running. The pictures on the portal are grossly misleading and we wouldnt recommend this hotel at all to anyone.
The staff was very helpful. I told them I was gluten free, and they got appropriate cereal for me. They are close to everything - the train station and the cathedral.
The hotel was very close to the station and an easy walk to all the sights in Florence.
Close to everything in the city
