location staff is motivated - but not trained. reservation goes through Turkey - where unfriendly and unqualified staff is handling reservation. Restaurant service/quality is not good. Bar not open. AC in room and room-bar at arrival not functioning. No-one to help with luggage. |

Location was very convenient. Hotel was beautiful, room was confortable, spacious with private bathroom. Staff was very helpful in giving information about local tours. |

We had stayed at three hotels in different cities prior to our stay in Florence. All four of us agreed it was far superior to any other hotel we stayed in. |

I liked the building - it is an old palazzo - with a lot of character and a beautiful garden. I stayed there 8 days and found that the breakfast choice was too limited making such a long stay monotone. I found that some of the staff were very friendly while others had a poor attitude. I was surprised that the hotel did not offer lunch or dinner! I think that staff could do more in terms of suggesting great days in Florence. |

Die Nähe zum Zentrum der Stadt, der Garten, die Zimmer 1 OG mit Balkon zum Hof Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoß bzw Tiefgeschoß zum Garten, jeder könnte bei geöffnetem Fenstern einsteigen, der kleine Frühstücksraum mit den winzigen Tischen, die Ober waren total überfordert. |
