The Good: - Easy to book on booking.com - One of few places to accommodate a family of 4 in a nicely appointed - Staff is courteous The Bad: - Location - On the side of the main road/ noisy and smelly from the traffic exhaust / Not easy to get to the main walking/shopping area by foot - Food/Menu was poor! Only had 1 mediocre meal out of 5 days... Wine menu is poor - did not have a Barolo option (went to the store and bought my own) - Got charged 12.50 Euro for two small bottle of water in the minibar and 10 Euro a day for garage use - even though there were only 2 cars in the entire place and the hotel/town provide no other parking options within a 1 km radius

Small kids dance every night in Italian in the lounge. Bring your confirmation of the booking, they might to try to charge you for the dinner even if it was included in your booking. It is quite far to walk to the ski slopes, 800 m. flat or 500 m. hilly.

Very comfortable, helpful and friendl staff, great location close to skiing and to local bars and resaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Was a bit chilly in our room and turning the heating up did nothing to help. However this was a minor point, just had to get ready faster!

Restaraunt and the cuisine The personnel was not willing to help and understand the situation. There was no explanations about the rules and guidelines during staing in hotel (what is the time for dinner, where is the ski room, etc.) Also we didn't get why parking is charged if there were an information that it is free for the guests.

Friendly staff, flexible about requests to check in early and check out late. Nice and cosy room with good amenities. Very clean. Nice flat tv. No wifi in rooms (a general problem in Europe). Sauna needs to be booked an hour in advance.

Nice bathroom not in keeping with style of room, looks like these are very new , so new some of the fittings are still not yet there e.g. no toilet role holder We had a very dark room on the back of the hotel, leading to an alleyway. Room was spartan and lacked furnishings. Our room was above bar so it was very loud when they were playing as there is no soundproofing anywhere,thankfully this stopped at 11pm. We were told we couldn't move rooms as the hotel was full yet it looked virtually empty. The hotel is on the main road from the tunnel into Courmayeur, so its not the nicest walk back alongside the road. The Ski room is very badly located, a long way from the hotel main areas and not secure. The worst was breakfast it was totally inedible, instant coffee, stale croisants/bread, diluted orange squash not juice . lots of packets of things but nothing fresh. We left and went out for breakfast instead.

Bra fyrbäddsrum med loft, lagom för en familj. Bra frukost. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad restaurangpersonal. Fel åtgärdades snabbt när man påpekade dem. Receptionspersonalen var inte särskilt serviceinriktad. När vi frågade om vägen till kabinliften förklarade de hur man går, en promenad på ca en kvart. Men de utelämnade att förklara att det faktiskt gick en gratisbuss alldeles i närheten av hotellet till liftarna, det förstod vi efter två dagars promenerande. En sådan sak ska personalen på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell upplysa om direkt, förklara hur allt ligger till och underlätta för sina gäster. När vi väl visste om bussen så hade de ingen tidtabell till den. Slarvigt och slapp inställning.
