Friendly staff, flexible about requests to check in early and check out late. Nice and cosy room with good amenities. Very clean. Nice flat tv. No wifi in rooms (a general problem in Europe). Sauna needs to be booked an hour in advance.

Very good location, and not very expensive. Large and comfortable lounge. Free wireless in lounge. Staff not very helpful. No internet in rooms--only in lounge. Restaurant not very good. Breakfast barely adequate.

Breakfast and location were perfect. Our room was the smallest (judging from the evacuation plan), and had a bathroom on the first level, and the bed - on the second - very inconvenient. It was cold and uncosy. I had to had water run for about 3 minutes to get it hot, and then it dissapeared while I was taking shower. It is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. In the room there was not even a mirror - only the traces of it on the wall. Only the breakfast corresponds to the 4 star level. I dont know how peaple agree to pay for it 200 euro/night as it was indicated on the price description in the room. I paid 80, and I feel it is too much.

Beautiful town and good location. Breakfast staff very helpful. Ski lodge feel to the property Cost was high. Tour groups use the hotel keeping the noise level a bit high. Nice to have a parking garage but a bit tricky to drive in and out of.

Nice bathroom not in keeping with style of room, looks like these are very new , so new some of the fittings are still not yet there e.g. no toilet role holder We had a very dark room on the back of the hotel, leading to an alleyway. Room was spartan and lacked furnishings. Our room was above bar so it was very loud when they were playing as there is no soundproofing anywhere, thankfully this stopped at 11pm. We were told we couldn't move rooms as the hotel was full yet it looked virtually empty. The hotel is on the main road from the tunnel into Courmayeur, so its not the nicest walk back alongside the road. The Ski room is very badly located, a long way from the hotel main areas and not secure. The worst was breakfast it was totally inedible, instant coffee, stale croisants/bread, diluted orange squash not juice . lots of packets of things but nothing fresh. We left and went out for breakfast instead.

The location is perfect - only 100 meters walk to the busstation. The staff is very helpful and kind, and even drops you a chocolade every evening.... The reservation where a mess, with email anoncing that we had to move to another hotel, but when we finally arrived, everything was in order at the Hotel Mount Blance. The bar and the karuoke-entertainment is rather terrible, but you can survive by avoiding both....

The hotel had nice rooms and a good location. When we were there, it seemed like there were a lot of families there, and not that many typical skiers. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms for relaxing in the evening was not particularly nice. Very bright light from the light spots in the ceiling, noisy live music and a lot of children running around shouting. We only sat there one evening, the other evenings we found other places in town.

Dinner was good, and the overall price we paid for was good value for money. Reception staff is not trained to greet the guest in a professional way. The Spa is non existent, it is shabby in a basement and you have to call in advance to have it turned on. Obsolete TV sets in the rooms. Overall the hotel needs updating. The fireplace is not lit, it is only illuminated with stroboscopic lights to give it the appearance of a working fireplace.

breakfast no kettle for tea/coffee facility in the room would prefer wi fi in the room as opposed to in the lobby. Also the code for wi fi was not readily available. It needed to be entered by a staff member.

Hotel was very clean, staff in the Bar very friendly, generally nice atmosphere. But I think the children running around in the bar was a little noisy and perhaps they should be a specific area for children, rather than being allowed to run right through Hotel bar and lounge area where adults are relaxing after a hard ski and would like to relax in a quieter area! Ate in one evening a bit disappointed, I think signing for everything one had could perhaps have been processed at the end of the meal, rather than signing for something throughout the meal.

The hotel staff was very polite and always with a smile, the bus stop was within 2 minutes walk from the hotel and the city center just right up the next block. The view was awesome and every evening we had a surprise on our pillows ;) chocolatino and... Tutto perfetto!

All as it should be, though the "something - club" for €60 is extortionate.
