nothing in particular - it was all just very average. There was a group staying at the hotel at the same time an we were kept completely separate. They had dinner but the restaurant was not open to us (even if we had accepted a fixed menu) and at breakfast time we were in a completely separate room with less choice in the buffet. |

I was pleased with the ability of the helpful staff to speak English and French as well as Italian. Room was a good size with a fine bathroom. Quiet location. Very handy to the main tourist office and bus station. Very good location for hiking on the Tour de Mont Blanc. The view was not great - it looked out into the exterior lobby area of another hotel. |

The staff was very friendly I thought we had paid you for the booking but we had to pay when we left the hotel the confusion was there I still have to check if this is correct. The hotel is on a busy road and dated but for sure value for money not a 4 star hotel |

We were upgraded to a very spacious room without any additional, the staff were very friendly and the swimming pool and jacuzzi after skiing was a great plus. Walking distance for everything. no at all |

Restaurant staff were very accomodating catering for a vegeterarian and children who are lactose intollerant. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Unable to check into our room until 4p.m meant that we lost 1 days ski ing. |

Nice hotel, good location and the breakfast was excellent. The decor is a little old, but then the price reflected that so I was happy. The rooms were very warm. Not necessarily a problem in a mountain resort, but I like sleeping in a cold room, so being able to turn the heat down would be nice. It was early April and quite warm outside though... |

position in the centre, garage in the minibar was just 1 bottle of water; 4 stars are not justified - also the furniture was old. |

The location was good, close to the cable car. The beds were way too hard, the pillows were really flat and offered no support. Hotel staff were not very helpful or friendly. Toilet not properly cleaned on arrival. |

Very close to town and ski lifts - book skis or leave up at the main ski area (up first cable car) or you'll have a 5 min walk in your boots. Certainly not a 4 star - for the price they charge don't think you have found a bargin. It really is a 2 or 3 star. May have been a 4 star in the 1970's when built but has not been upgraded. Worth a trip but give the half board a miss! Staff friendly. The half board meals - food average at best and you had to be in by 7.30 and pressurised to order. Forget relaxing and having a slow meal - you'll be out by 9pm. Great town. |

Good access to Courmayeur ski area. Very nice town centre area, and close to the Mont Blanc Tunnel. The room was extremely hot and the thermostat did not seem to work. There were a large amount of children in the hotel and entertainment for them was provided until around 10pm, hence the hotel bar area was not a relaxing place to spend any time. |

This hotel was easy to find. It seemed to have all the facilities necessary as a base for a skiing holiday. The car park cost extra and the entrance was not easy to negotiate, not least because the hotel seems to allow cars to be parked along the walls of the exit entrance. I arrived about lunchtime and after a long journey I decided to lunch at the hotel. The meal cost 25 euros and was not particularly good or good value. The dessert was just a selection of fruit on a side table. |

Reasonably positioned for the lifts. Price was high for what you get. Breakfast was a haphazard affair. |

Very family friendly hotel, nice selection of food choices in the restaurant, the half board option was excellent, the arrangements for skis and lift tickets, local trips and entertainment was very easy and part of the overall hotel hospitality. |
