The breakfast was complete. Pool, sauna and Turkish bath very nice. Small room and depressive. Small window with view to the internal yard, 4 meters from the opposite room. |

Friendly, welcoming staff. Very clean room, bedsheets changed every day. Covered swimmingpool (heated) and relaxing terrace. Good value for money. Fresh bread seemed to be unknown, in the breakfast room as well in the restaurant in the evening. |

Enjoyed the amenities available at the hotel: restaurant, bar, internet service, pool. Receptionist took care of making us reservations for the Academia the next day which allowed us to skip the line. It was awesome. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We also liked the fact that the hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great to look out our balcony and see the countryside. |

high end design Low budget materials, although new, already somewhat shabby. Avoid the restaurant, which unfortunately is the only one in the village. (Expensive, not worthwhile, poor service). |

Helpful staff, real juice and an overload of croissants at breakfast. Free internet. Nice building, good facilities. The room temperature was quite high. Airco is centrally turned off. Call reception to have it turned on. Also the food smells from the restaurant (same floor) came into the room though our bath room. Breakfast room was also hot and noisy (For some reason the toaster machine was turned on all the time). Small shower cabin, fixed shower head. The glass door in the bath room gave little privacy. Not many international tv channels. |

We enjoyed the locationand found it to be a relaxing hotel to stay at Delighted with thr room apart from the lack of draw space and as my wife is only 5ft was unable to reach the coat rack without a chair. |

The location, the pool (with hydromassage) and the quietness. The Internet connection was a little slow and the parking lot in front of the hotel is a bit small and the other is accross the road. |

We thought that this hotel was very comfortable & relaxing. Maybe there could be more to eat for children on the evening menu. |

Very modern design. Clean and stylish. AC was very good. Was looking forward to swimming in their pool but water was too cold. Was a little hard to find. |

We had a great trip. The hotel was very modern and staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Breakfast was great and hotel well located just 11kms from Siena. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Hotel location suited us for our trip but it's important to have use of car as Siena is 11kms away and the unavailability of nearby restuarants. |

Excellent value for money. A 4-star hotel with modern design, comfortable rooms, good facilities (pool, wi-fi in the lobby), friendly stuff, nice breakfast, decent restaurant situated just 10 Km out of Siena in a very good position for daily excursions to various sites in Tuscany. Wi-fi availability in the rooms (not just the lobby). |

Nice travel style hotel in a good location for Siena and Tuscany. Set back from a main road in a convenient and quiet countryside location. The check in was swift, the rooms were clean and pleasant with contemporary furnishings . The staff were polite and helpful. The price was good value for money in this area. The room maids were not always knocking to clean the room - we liked the hotel and the pool is good for a quick dip and relax if you have a spare hour or so with a nice pool side bar. The noise from other guest rooms is almost intolerable - you can hear every conversation, the TV , the taps, the baby crying - everything - so it is a good idea to be aware of your own conversations and noise. In room storage is a bit limited with not even 1 drawer but there is a small wardrobe. |

Great location for Siena and touring Tuscany. Enjoyed the countryside - could walk from the hotel into the most wonderful walks in the Crete Senesi. Enjoyed watching the Italians in Arbia playing cards outside the bar, shopping in the alimentari and toing/froing their daily lives. Around the pool in the evening is lovely. The bed was hard and there were no cupboards for storing your possessions. Directions to the hotel are inaccurate - head towards Cassetta and Arbia. |

We liked the modernity, excellent staff, breakfasts and the pool and poolside facilities. Also, the hotel is out in open country, but conveniently located on a bus route to Siena. The AC works, the bathroom was excellent and the linen and towels were changed daily! Because the hotel (I think) is primarily for business use there are a few practical things that could be improved for the holiday/tourist market. These are: increased space for clothing storage (i.e. under bed drawers on castors). The restaurant and bar were expensive and we did not use them - the hotel ambiance would improve if prices were reduced and usage increased. |

I loved the sightseeing, the olive trees and this paradise peaceful. The main house it`s amazing, a very old, well structured country house. Breakfast in the room. We went in May and it was a little cold, and they couldn`t turn the heat on, like the old days. |
