Masseur is coming to your Room cause they don't have an own Massage Room ...!!! Reception didn't inform us about it! Waiter in the Restaurant very unfriendly and Food Quality is medium.

Not easy directions to find hotel

We liked everything in the hotel: the design of room, comfortableness, clearness, hotel facilities and also kind staff.

The only disadvantage is the location. It is impossible to walk to Siena city.

Modern, trying to be designer style with clean bedroom and bathroom, fridge,air conditioning, tv and most facilities included. Breakfast was good.

Impossible to find if you put the address on Booking.com into the Sat Nav. We travelled at least an hour into the hills on gravel roads until we realised we were completely lost. We re-entered the information in three different formats and eventually arrived - very frustrated. The Receptionist said she would inform Booking.com about the mistake (as their business cards have a totally different address on them) but looking at the reviews this has been a problem for a lot of people. We found the hotel to be disappointing after our long journey compared to others we had stayed in. It was slightly shabby and needed re-painting. The pool was smaller than it looks on the pictures and there was some dated disco music playing at the bar outside ! Not particularly close to Siena, considering the Receptionist told it was 15 minutes and it took us nearly 45 on the way there (due to bad directions again). Will not be going near there again !

We had booked a superior room and when we arrived, they had upgraded us to a suite. Room service was very thorough, the view was breathtaking, and the staff spoke excellent English and were friendly and helpful.

The bed's head was right under a window, and the curtains simply hung down, so when the sun rose in the morning, the curtains (not even blackout ones) were actually guiding the light directly onto our faces. Also, the fixed showerhead was very low and couldn't be adjusted. It would be alright for women or short men, but I'm 1.90 and had to crouch under it.

The staff in general were very friendly and efficient and the hotel nicely decorated. Our room was a decent size with a modern bathroom and very quiet which was great. The hotel is very well located for visits to Sienna and to the Chianti wine route.

If you don't plan on eating at the restaurant in the hotel, and don't want to drive anywhere, there is only one option available to you. The hotel restaurant is atrocious - food is ok at best, service is poor and the prices are overinflated - we only went once and felt like it was a canteen attempting to be pretentious. The hotel says it has an indoor pool but we did not manage to find it! There is an outdoor pool with a big covering over it so maybe that is what they mean in their advertising. The wi-fi was intermittent and we had a very weak signal in our room.

Très bon accueil, chambres spacieuses et agréables, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, piscine chauffée et spa bienvenus après une longue journée de moto. Cet hôtel a un excellent rapport prix. A conseiller mais pas trop afin d'avoir toujours de la place. hi!hi!!

Tutto, ma in modo particolare la cortesia del personale, la splendida spa con una grande piscina riscaldata, idromassaggio, sauna e bagno di vapore, ed infine un'ottima, variatissima ed abbondante prima colazione (con inclusa spremuta di arance rosse fresche).

En general, todo. Hemos estado muy bien.

La localización ha sido muy difícil, y es la única pega que ponemos. Deberían informar más concretamente la forma de llegar, y se les agradecería.

Excelente, la atención del personal,la habitación y el desayuno.

O quarto é ótimo, e bem decorado, o café da manhã é muito completo e de excelente qualidade, tudo bem limpo, a piscina é ótima, aquecida e coberta. Vale muito apena, pois é somente 15min. De Siena e um lugar muito tranquilo.

Realmente o gps não encontra o hotel, sendo assim é importante ter o maximo de informação possivel para não ficar 2 horas tentando localizar como ocorreu comigo !!! Mas vale apena o hotel é muito bom.

Mi aspettavo di più dal ristorante. Buono ma non eccellente nei primi soprattutto.
