Montaperti Hotel  

Addres is wrong, we had a hard time to find the hotel, booking should not put the office address of Hotel !!!!!!

Quiet area, breakfast was nice, nice pool area. Generally nice bright hotel but faults beneath the surface. Would recommend for location.

Although rooms were clean there seemed to be so much dust. At the end of our stay I could write name in dust and unfortunately looked under bed to make sure not left anything and there was a thick layer of dust. Hadn't been touched for weeks or months. No satellite tv - had been removed - Asked at desk for it to be sorted and told tough unless pay upgrade said reception?!! Not helpful!! Walls very thin could hear everything and same with the plumbing.

Modern hotel and kindly staffs. We like the hotel.

The hotel is located just outside Siena on historically significant ground. The partially unobstructed view of Siena is wonderful. Our apartments were clean, the furniture was attractive and functional. The small kitchenettes were helpful during our 13 day stay. It was a very quiet, well-functioning air conditioning in the rooms. By car the hotel's location was almost ideal. All attractions in the area are easy to reach. Even the sea is not far. The drinks at the hotel bar and the snacks served with them are worth mentioning.

The hotel was once well-designed. In some areas a modernization is urgently needed (sauna, steam bath). The gym (only four units) was first cleaned up after four days. The grounds maintenance and the cleaning in the bar area during the day (cleaning tables, ashtrays and trash cans) appeared difficult. The breakfast buffet was included and there was always enough to eat, but the offered choice was poor. 12 days 100% the same food supply. The friendliness of the hotelstaff was very different. But upon request, it was helped by all.

Pool-Area was very dirty and realy not acceptable.

Very close to motorway and central location if travelling by car around Tuscany. Very good breakfast. Heated indoor pool. Ample parking space. Some of the hotel staff were really nice and cheerful.

You can hear people talking from the next room. From the bathroom you can hear everything. Would have preferred to see more international items on dinner menu (like more pasta or pizza).

La piscina riscaldata, ottima al rientro dalle escursioni giornaliere e la vicinanza con i luoghi che volevo visitare.

Ho alloggiato in un appartamento esterno all'hotel e per accedere alla struttura (piscina, hall etc.) dovevo passare in un corridoio esterno: in inverno con freddo e pioggia non è piacevole.

Ho soggiornato al Montaperti dopo una giornata alle terme di Rapolano che distano 10 minuti. La posizione è strategica anche per visitare Siena -dalla terrazza dell'hotel si vede in lontananza - e la splendida zona delle crete senesi. La sig.ra della reception è stata gentilissima e la colazione varia ed abbondante (caffè espresso e spremuta di arance fresche). La camera, come l'hotel, arredata in modo molto moderno, non enorme ma certamente funzionale. Non aspettatevi saloni ed hall di altri hotel a 4 stelle, personale che vi porta la valigia in camera etc, ma un ambiente accogliente e pulito. Ottimo davvero il rapporto qualità/prezzo insomma! Non ho provato la spa su cui dunque non esprimo giudizi. Un hotel comunque da consigliare.

Hotel molto confortevole, ottima e abbondante la colazione, camere spaziose anche se la tv dovrebbe essere sostituita (si vedevano solo 6 canali). Molto bella la piscina, ideale per rilassarsi dopo le visite nei dintorni. Indispensabile l'auto per muoversi, l'hotel è a circa 10km da Siena. In ogni caso assolutamente consigliato per la tranquillità e il servizio

Al mio arrivo la prenotazione non era giunta all'hotel, stesso problema al check out. Avevo utilizzato una prenotazione con il pagamento immediato ma all'hotel non risultava ed è stato un po' fastidioso
