We loved the location - we drive from the UK to Tuscany where we have our second home - and make two hotel stops on the way. Now that we have discovered this one we have found two that are ideally located and will continue to use them at leat six times a year. The food is wonderful although it might be considered to be too minimalist by those with large appetities. The only thing that we could find to dislike was the high price of extra drinks with dinner. |

The hotel is wonderfully built with authentic warm materials and good eye for details, set in a beautiful, quite location with easy access to the mountains; the staff is very friendly & helpful. In-house sport facilities (gym / fitness room) virtually non-existing. |

Beautiful hotel structure of wood and bricks,excellent service,everybody very friendly and helpful at front desk,excellent breakfast and top service at breakfast too with great views on the mont-blanc,beautiful pool and spa.good flat screen tv tv in the room with lots of international channels. Some noise in the rooms due to the low soundproof quality of the building maybe specially noticeable when hotel is full like this weekend.a small inconvenience as all the rest was really great. |

The hotel was remarkable. The rooms were well appointed. The spa is unique, spacious, with many options. The daily breakfast buffet was incredible. The shuttle to go skiiing was very convenient and always available for our times. The location is secluded (for some that would be fine, but we like to venture out), there is only one restaurant to walk to and no shops nearby. It was a difficult drive to Courmayeur, as the roads to the hotel are steep and it was snowy/icy. |

Gentilezza del personale Servizio di ristorante assolutamente non all'altezza della categoria (cucina inferiore alle valutazioni delle guide specialistiche; attese snervanti e caos nel servizio ai tavoli, nonostante la pletora di addetti). Arredamento delle camere modesto. Prezzo esorbitante rispetto alle caratteristiche, alle qualita' reali e alla posizione turistica dell'albergo. |

La straordinaria bellezza della struttura. La cortesia del personale. Il ristorante è eccessivamente caro. Due piattini di orzo,un piattino di polenta, due bicchieri di vino e due aperitivi mi sono costati 110 Euro. Decisamente un furto. |

l'ambiente, la vista, la cortesia di tutto il personale, la grande professionalità del concierge. il personale del ristorante, per quanto molto cortese, risulta non troppo organizzato con ricadute sull'efficienza e ritardi e confusione (aspetti non compatibili con un 5, e nemmeno con un 4, stelle), ma nell'albergo ci sono professionalità in grado di trasmettere la giusta professionalità |
