Staff friendly and helpful - good location - cheap garage

Access to pool - hotel too new and modern to have a soul, with austere and cold athmosphere, will it have it ?

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were lovely - very luxurious fittings. View of old town from terrace was stunning and just a 5-10 minute stroll to the old town. Excellent breakfast too. Perfect.

The staff was simply outstanding and extremely accommodating. The view of Ostuni from our room was unmatched, and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the town center. It was a very nice, modern hotel that also gave us quiet. We would absolutely stay here again. Ostuni is a wonderful town!

Everything about the staff, they are charming and efficient. Good room and bathroom, clean and modern. Excellent breakfast, good coffee!

Don't like rubber covers on bed and pillows! No garden unfortunately, and the outside roof space [by the pool] is not really accessible in mid April, apparently it opens end of the month.

The Hotel is modern, bright and well designed, very much unlike anything else in the area with great views overlooking Ostuni. Best hotel Showers ever!

The rooms are very spacious but under dressed making them very white and seem very cold.

The reception of the hotel is excellent. Nothing is them too much!!

No romantic restaurant "for dinner for 2".

The hotel staff was excellent, they really tried to help us when we had questions. The staff spoke very well English too. The room was nice and clean. The location was good, we could walk to the old town easily.

Unfortunately a strong smell of melting plastic was in the room. It was also not possible to turn the airconditioning on. The hotel turned it of for a group that visited the week before and it was not possible to turn it on. It sounded to me like a strange story. The swimming pool is very difficult to reach.

A very clean, modern hotel. Well situated for walking into the old town. Good car parking. Very friendly staff.

The hotel monte sarago is a good example of why where possible in italy I will choose a newly opened hotel over any other consideration. The staff gave me the warmest welcom I have had in the 20 years I have been coming to Italy. The hotel while not in the thick of the old city affords wonderful views of the historic town and is a mere 5 mins walk from the main square. The design is of the moment and stylish and the staff all speak very competent English appearing to genuinely care about your comfort and well being. I arrived early with a small child and they were most accommodating in letting me check in early. My stay in ostuni had been the highlight of a 6 week tr to puglia, could not recommend this hotel enough.

When I arrived 3rd week in October the pool had just been shut for the season, however as a scot the weather in the south of italy was still warmer that our hottest summer days, so a swim would have been nice

The breakfast was from 7.30 till 10.30. On the day we left the hotel we wanted to have breakfast early which meant at 7.30. We couldn't get any bread and coffee/tea while we were there waiting till 7.55. That is a poor service. The pool was up on the hill approx. 50 stairs above from the hotel. They had shuttle service going there but only a couple of times a day.

Hotel was beautiful and modern. I liked the swimming pool and the big terasse on the top of the hotel. The view from this part of the hotel on Ostuni was incredible. Room was comfortable and well located. Location was good but still all little outside of the city. You have to walk 10-15minutes to reach the historic center.

The only thing I may say is the fact that the swimming pool is on top, so you have to walk more than 100 steps to reach it, but the view worths it! In the room, the airconditionning is a bit noisy, but, still, it doesn't bother me. It's only to find an inconvenient of the room.

Good location, near city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. For free car parking take first turning on right past the hotel (on left). I think it is first or second left. There is a small sign at entrance.

The crew spoke very good english, not så common in Italy.

We liked the position of the hotel because it was within walking distance of Ostuni. There was secure parking for the car. The design and layout of the hotel suited us and the staff were amongst the best. We have stayed in many hotels in Europe, America and Asia and this one compared very favourably. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a good balance between efficiency and friendliness amongst the staff. Our room was beautiful and kept spotlessly clean and we had a balcony. The hotel does not have a garden, but makes good use of the roof terrace which has a lovely view of Ostuni. Breakfast was varied and the dining room, spacious so there was always a free table. We dined on the roof terrace three times and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. A very enjoyable stay.

Mycket trevlig personal. Frukosten var bra men ganska enkel: Ett par brödsorter, några pålägg samt äggröra.

Poolens placering borde förtydligas i deras presentation, den är inte lättillgänglig...150 trappsteg upp.

Credo sia il migliore Hotel di Ostuni, con un rapporto qualità\prezzo eccellente. Vicino al centro (raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata), dispone di un ottimo ristorante (cosa importante per chi come me viaggia per lavoro e la sera non ha tanta voglia di andare in giro a cercare dei buoni ristoranti). Tutto lo staff è molto cortese e la pulizia è veramente al top. Le camere sono molto spaziose, ottimamente insonorizzate, nuove, con bagno di grandi dimensioni. La connessione wi-fi è velocissima.

Struttura di recentissima realizzazione, ben posizionata, curata in ogni dettaglio. Estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità dell'intero staff; dato il soggiorno per alcune notti si sono premurati di offrirci una camera di livello superiore a quanto prenotato, a prezzo di particolare favore e dotata di un'amplissima terrazza esclusiva con vista sul borgo antico di Ostuni e sulle distese di ulivi a perdita d'occhio fino al mare...

Accueil très attentif à la réception. Propreté.Confort.Belle grande terrasse au 2e étage avec vue sur vieille ville.Centre historique à 10 min à pied, 2 min en voiture.Petit déjeuner buffet complet, rare en Italie.

Chambre 1er étage donnant sur rue bruyante.Obligation de fermer la fenêtre et d'utiliser la climatisation. Piscine inaccessible(immense escalier).Salle de repas très peu chaleureuse, car strictrement fonctionnelle, et immense.
