The hotel has a nice setting and is quite beautiful. I did not particularly like the staff. They were efficient and polite, but very, very cold and did not smile or try to mingle with guests. Also, whenever I came in the front door or left out the door, the staff had their heads down at whatever and did not bother to look up. Anyone could have been coming in or going out. It is the receptionst's business to see who comes and goes. |

Romantic view. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean. Close to town center. Only one english tv channel - and that was only CNN news - boring! |

We liked the design and location of the hotel, which was very convenient for our purposes.We also found the breakfast room very functional and the staff were fast/good in setting up tables for new guests after other gusts having finished. We we were also pleased with the assistance from the reception in making various dinner reservations for us. We were not satisfied with the fact that we could not use the aircon for cooling down the room, but only for heating. As a Norwegian we prefer lower temp (18 degrees) in the room but this was not possible even after asking at the reception. |

All the staff in the hotel were excellent and nothing was to much trouble, including parking our car as the car park is very difficult to access. Overall we would strongly recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. |

Hotel views, ease to walk to town & modern design/decor. The pool would have been a lot better had it been a 'salt water' pool, rather than clorinated. Commuting to the beach located at the bottom of the mountain got a little tiresome, but was worth it. |

La disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff, inoltre l'ottimo servizio in zona piscina. le camere sono piccole.Per accedere al hotel bisogna entrare e percorrere una stradina molto stretta. |

Lokasyon mükemmel. Manzara romantik. Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, güleryüzlü ve nazik. Kahvaltı , İtalya 'da kaldığımız tüm oteller içinde en iyisiydi. Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde ancak giriş ve çıkış zor. Dik bir yokuş var. |

Goed en prettig onthaal en info. Ruime kamers met mooi balkon en uitzicht.Rustig gelegen en toch pal in centrum van Taormina. Het eten was niet van eenzelfde niveau als het hotel. |

J'ai aprécie le petit déjeuner, mais je n'y suis resté que 4 jours pour un long séjour il manquerait certainement de changement Je pense qu'il est surclassé en ayant 4 étoiles, tout est correct mais je pense que le piscine y et beaucoup pour la 4 ème. et je n'en ai pas beaucoup profité |
